  • This is the first in a series of ten 5-minute-meditations, for finding your truth and purpose. You might want to do them in order or as you see fit, and as many times as you want.
    Only follow these suggestions if you feel comfortable with them. Use your own discernment. If at any point you feel discomfort of any kind please come back to your body and stop the meditation.
