    I just found you two days ago - love all the info and how it’s presented - well done! I lost my 35 yr old son 10 months ago - thought I was eating well - water - not enough exercise - started jan 1 trying to follow my ‘plan’. Finally the grief slammed me and even though at 66 I am retired - I am taking a month off and focusing on me . I’m now going to do everything you suggest and see if I can reset my mental and physical being. Thank you so much Autumn. What a beautiful family you are.

    Everything so yum but, salt!🧂 I’ve found that beans, cheese and pre cooked chicken are pretty salty, so I’ve started eliminating added salt when I use anything already prepared. I am super onion forward, too! ❤ thanks for so many options about replacement food too..that’s so helpful!

    I am not into keto, yet cauliflower is so amazing and versatile. For instance, I make cauliflower crust pizza and it's bloody delicious. Another great alternative is zucchini pasta as well. As for garlic, many may hate it raw, but cooked garlic is sweet in taste so even if a recipe requires 5 cloves of it don't be scared. PS kale on its own is indeed bland.

    • @AutumnBates
      @AutumnBates  ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Natural flavors are derived from real sources (in other words, it's not chemically made). It's actually super interesting, if you take an organic chemistry lab in college, you end up learning how to *make* some artificial flavors and it's literally from mixing different chemical/man made ingredients. I personally don't have a problem with natural flavors but I do tend to steer clear from artificial (especially after seeing how it was made in college labs 😬).
