Kubota BX25D-1 Snowblower backhoe swap

Swapping the rear mount snowblower off a Kubota BX25D-1 and removing the 3-point hitch, and then replacing the backhoe on the frame mounting points.
The entire process can be done in less than half an hour for someone with experience provided the pins are not seized in. (so make sure to keep the mounting pins well lubricated)
