Road to Denmark's Strongest Man U90 2024 Part 4! We're in the endgame now. After having trained to compete in this strongman competition for an entire year, it's almost time to go absolute beast mode at the Danish nationals!
Gaint dumbbell for MAX, yoke into arm over arm, deadlift for MAX, sandbag toss, sandbag to shoulder for reps! These are the incredible events, that I will challenge myself against, in little more than a week from now!
I need to take everything I've learned from training and apply it!
