Yes it's possible but it will be complicated coding and circuit.
And it will not work fine.
Best way to for your project is to use raspberry pi and it's easy to use and it's good for making local server.

Windows 10 me driver cp2102 install nahi ho raha hai. Window 10 universal v10.1.8 install kiya par device manager me show nahi ho raha hai.

Ha bhai I faced same problem ... u do one thing... connect esp8266 or what ever you r connecting...identify this device in device manager and instal driver orupdate driver through online directly ..no need to install cp201x

I used esp8266 with blynk app for control relay but i have problem some times stuck wifi 8266 not to connect wifi Internet then want restart esp8266 then connect to Internet so want to reset esp8266 one time in 24 hours through code so plz send me this code for which will reset esp in 24 hours one time,thanks in advance
Just connect a digital one of digital pins to reset and program that pin for high or low after 24hrs

I think it's voltage regulator pard was damage.
For testing a Arduino or any 5v output source.
And connect 5v and gnd to node MCU vin and gnd pin (remove power cable )
