I have a comment which I really believe is the answer to your weigh in today. Last week on your first weigh in you had lost 4.5 pounds, no doubt a lot of that ( maybe all) was WATER. When you got on the scale today some of that ( staying the same weight) was not water loss but actual weight loss. As time moves forward I suspect you will see actual true weight loss numbers.... probably 1 to 2 pounds per week. Keep me posted as I really think I'm correct on this. Now chill and enjoy that yummy healthy bread you made and count it.

First 30 minutes your up walk long and slow to pop your insulin receptors open & eat a high protein breakfast of animal proteins like eggs and bacon or ham. Weight watchers has never worked for me.
