The original Shiawase was one of the first tracks to introduce me to Monstercat and I loved it. The only problem with it is that it's a bit too repetitive in my opinion. This VIP solved that problem and I think Dion absolutely knocked it out of the park with this. Two big thumbs up for me, 10/10.
I loved the sound from the original release, and this does not top the original in my opinion, but it does sound very refreshing hearing one of Rocket League's most iconic songs back here in a VIP mix

this song was not really well known outside the RL community. on the release of their 3rd album with Monstercat (5th album counting with their original 2 first OST albums Vol. 1 & 2), the musics that got popular were Shiawase (4.9m views) , and Glide (2.4m views), which was the 2nd most successful album on the game, tied with Rocket League OST Vol. 1, which led to the creation of shiawase VIP, which was released in a later album on the game, but it didnt get as much recognized as Shiawase got, but it is getting some love now due to tidal wave.
