Assuming you are a Bengali hindu....the current situation is really a horror story for you... because while marriage you will not get any dowry or any monetary benefits from your brides house....like most north indian men get....and after marriage also your opinion will be less valued than your wife, and you can not command you wife anything, unlike all other Indian man ...Bengali hindu men are truly fucked....I have seen uncountable cases of Bengali hindu men being crushed because of this divorce and alimony case....

Women often talk about men having all the power, money, and control, oppressing women. However, it is important to note that this perception confuses a small percentage of wealthy men with the majority of men who struggle. Most men have no money, no power, no sex from their wife, and face difficulties in court battles, even losing their homes and the chance to see their children. Their lives are challenging.
    The truth is -
~When a man earns he takes the responsibilities of family. When an women earns she becomes independent.
~When a man earns he may pick a no-earning women and makes her life-partner. When a woman earns she reject a men.
~A strong man can pick broken women and make her life strong. Strong women don’t look after broken men.
While men share money, properties on divorce....but women share nothing...this is our well educated law makers we believe in.
if a men denies then it's man fault and he is torturing women. But If a women Denied then it's her right and any kind of force will be considered as rape of women.

Quotes are not extortion fraud approving centres in the name of maintenance and alimony. The litigants and also the judges themselves should keep this thing in their minds while dealing in matrimonial cases. Quotes are there for justice and not to give maintenance to all litigants in General. Quotes must not promote narcissistic tendencies and paracytic attitude of women in that way. Today’s society is different from earlier times. Today there are more employment opportunities for women than men and men. Women are considered equal. So quotes must change their habit of giving maintenance in general to women just because they are women.. neither the language nor the spirit of the law says that maintenance should be based on the lifestyle of the spouse. But it has been made so by the pseudo feminists so-called legal experts crept in the law ministry and quotes. Because if lifestyle is made base of maintenance, then the marriage institution will be started to be seen as source of wealth mine only by the greedy people. How can the legal system of a benevolent enlightened democracy can promote the fraudulent tendency of the greedy people? So only and only the reasonable basic need should be granted to the spouse for maintenance of life or leave the relation with adjustment or start earning on her own. Equal status, equal status, equal status is nothing but illegitimate fraudulent greed of the greedy people. In today’s society, the self centricity or narcissistic tendency or love to live independently in full comfort zone has increased enormously. In this situation, female tendency to leave the partner and leave independently in her own comfort zone without any adjustment upon exploited income from husband is also increasing. Quotes and lawmakers/legal system must not promote these tendencies among women. Quotes must get read of the jurisprudence. Which says wife is the responsibility of husband. For young ladies, there is no dearth of job in modern time. If at all any maintenance is to be given to unemployed spouse, it should be based on the primary reasonable need of the spouse and not greed of the spouse.

The Supreme Court’s dismissal of the PIL for a ‘National Commission for Men’ in 2023 is a significant setback. Men across India must unite, as this impacts everyone. False cases have devastated families, and it’s time to stand up against these injustices. Implementing strict consequences for false claims is necessary. Indian men could consider a temporary marriage boycott to push for legal reform.

Lawmakers, judiciary, women centric NGOs and women commission have to understand that consent is consent. That act cannot and cannot be termed as rape if done with consent. No woman is that full that she doesn’t understand sexual relation. Secondly fulfiling biological/psychological need that too with consent, due to whatsoever reason cannot be so cruelly criminalise as 10 years of imprisonment. is it too much and too much. It seems the state is totally unwarranted Lee and superfluously unnecessarily entering in the personal space of the people.
How can this state and judiciary determine and consider it as so cruel punishment bigger than crime of looting the money of someone after breaching the promise and then inflicting the fatal injuries to a person. Even in such heinous crimes, also such big punishment is not given. Is sex, means exchange of pleasant sensation, so big crime then mentioned here?

Quotes and lawmakers/legal system must not promote these tendencies among women. Quotes must get read of the jurisprudence. Which says wife is the responsibility of husband. For young ladies, there is no dearth of job in modern time. If at all any maintenance is to be given to unemployed spouse, it should be based on the primary reasonable need of the spouse and not greed of the spouse.

What a tragedy that Advocate of his stature defines his profession as "Mein jhagda karta hoon, saamne waleko galat sabit karne ki khoshish karta hoon" and being a Show runner you create a low impression of advocates. If I had been asked aap kya karte ho " We save people from a peculiar situation, by fighting for peoples right to get them justice"There is a deep rot in the system that is responsible for the BAR & BENCH reputation tarnished and is no longer considered a noble profession in the eyes of the people, that is why justice is farfetched.

Also I learn about not to take the burdon of others on yourself by putting yourself in their shoes instead you have to draw a line between both of you and then you will be able to help them better and help yourself too I personally understand that.

That's why a good podcaster should always do thorough study about the subject his guest is about to speak.lot to learn for divas.he definitely isn't the best podcaster.
But good thing is that Divas Has expressed good concern about things going against men because of biased laws.
The problem is that guest us lawyer so he will never speak up against biased laws as he has to gain female client age as well..90% times these liers only make girls aware of how to file false cases.

Is sex, means exchange of pleasant sensation, so big crime then mentioned here?

when Indians out of Indian culture and started following the Western culture then this is common. So please marry the cultured girl instead of running behind the girls. if women is not interested in the doing the household work then no point of getting married because most of the cases are like women doesn't want to work and not interested in Indian culture. So those you are want to happy don't fall into the feminism and become liberal. Those time women used to so the household work and taking care of the house but now opposite because of cultural change. Rest is up to you...

Affairs gone wrong need to be addressed in economic terms..rapes are getting more and more brutal.. patriarchy is a huge factor.. society needs to change n the change has to start from rhe family..soend more time with the children and less on screens .

Thank you for such insightful podcast. I watched the entire thing and it was such critical and good information.
But with this info and relating it to current scenario i would also like to mention that it is the lawmaking system itself that is pushing the current generation to not have long lasting relationships. Becuase the power at one hand is so much that it automatically make them think of ways they can win. I mean its a genral human tendency. I have heard in some podcast that "for making a law the most weaker section of the society should be considered because that's where the problem lies". But in this age of globalization and with internet and tech availible to almost all calsses, shouldn't the laws now be modifed ? Because that weaker section is only maybe 10% and rest 90% are suffering because of that 10% ?
It would in many be a political decision as well and the role of politicians here has to be massive. We should be talking about it on bigger stages hland how much of an issue the current system has made for the future genrations and for marriges to sustain in genral.
Last but not the least, Prenup should be legal!! It is the deamnd of the hour and why not if we are already discusssion even about money in that prenup. Because then it is clear for both the parties as to what they are getting into and so would they marry.

Asking Lumpsum money is like fashion now days, its hard to sumup money for man, and manage stay buy flat everything just for marriage planning. You can see mostly single boys are living in PG or sharing apartment and save money for future wife through which he can give comfort and took loans of long years tenure. what about all this.???..
