This was super interesting and informative Robot . I enjoyed every minute of it ! I just bought a 2020 GTS 300 which still looks brand new, and having watched the majority of your videos, I feel very comfortable in not only working on it, but I now know where every component lives. I am an Aircraft Mechanic by profession. Thanks so much for these vids.
I'm very grateful for your videos, Robot. And for the crew at scooterwest. My wife lowsided her GTS about a month ago when a car left-hand turned right in front of her. So I'll be doing a very similar teardown myself this winter. I'll be back watching this video at least a few times I'll bet!
I sure wish you would do a video on the disassembly and build of some vintage scoots. I have a '64 Allstate I'd love to rebuild but a video would be helpful.
All classic and non classic vehicles welcome. Inc scooters. At the lincolnshire wolds railway just off the A16 louth road lincolnshire. 20th July 11 - 3 please share.
Hi I need help😅: I’m trying to restore a vespa gts 250 ie 2012: thanks to your video i managed to fix a lot of things. I still have a big issue when the engine is cold: it switch of itself at low regime, unless i turn the gas at least a little bit . Can you help me?
Hey Robot, thanks for the video. I scraped the underside of my brand new Vespa, slid on gravel. Is there any way to take that bit out only for re-paint? Left-side bottom, just under floor boards, just the length of side stand.
it's the charm but eternal damnation of the Vespa...frame and bodywork together. In fact in Italy almost all Vespa are dented but never repaired... too much money and takes too much time. So… nothing.
The man is a WIZARD. Amazing what it takes to properly tear one down. Looking forward to reassembling.

Just bought a very nice 300 gts from 2017 but...is there a feature that you cant rev the engine when it is on the centerstand.
Hey, question. How much HP can you effectively increase and tune modern vespa scooter? I want to get one but i want some extra pep, if possible.

Nope - it's welded in. Just like it is on the GTS in this video.
in my country they can do this but the problem is that they reassemble it so bad and forget screws on purpose to steal them
😅🤣😂

Try to change spark plugs or to adjust the valves on an adventure motorcycle and you will change your mind...
@@bigmikeshooter Vespa is Vespa is not a motorbike. a Vespa is the real scooter
