I used to love Wendy's.
I worked for Wendy's in the late 70's early 80's. I'm so disappointed in the direction they are going. Old Fashioned Hamburgers are truly long gone. Dave where have they gone?
Too bad the change at my Wendy's is for the worse. Stale cold food. Won't be going back any time soon.

I've always wondered why fast food didn't have a food tunnel. They could run it to a small employee both on the other side of a drive through line and have a 2nd live there, so 2 at once. Also what was that nasty looking strap hanging from that new grill.. looked unsanitary at the least.
Just bring back the biggie fries and biggie drink. If I want to die from diabetes or heart disease, that should be my right.

I was looing forward to a Wendy's single for dinner after working hard all day. They changed the bun. AWFUL. Too thick, too cold.not good at all. I will spread the word. I won't see Wendy's again anytime soon.
I love the underground delivery tho! If they had "delivery" systems or pods areas setup, especially in rural areas or places far away, that would be pretty awesome... Not to mention if it came right to your house!
Same could be done with drones.. Hard to say which would be cheaper / profitable sooner tho

I've never had a Baconator, I dislike bacon. No more 4 for $4, it was the only reason I went there. I see you were using footage from the movie movie Founder, while talking about Wendy's .
Just had the Baconator Breakfast Sandwich and it was disgusting. Typical sloppy sandwich with no care in preparation or taste.
I'm tired of them putting a pretzel bun on their burgers time and time again for their specials. Come up with something better. Like, bring back the mushroom swiss burger.

i live out side of a small city in Illinois and there putting in one of those new Wendys they just put in n Arby's about 2 or 3 years a go and it cost an arm an lag to eat there like 35 buck's for just a giant beef an cheddar an a chicken sandwich an small fry an 2 small drinks an it cost 35 buck's an Wendy's cost is the highest fast food place i don't think ill be going to the new Wendy beside i don't do good with thoughts kiosk thingy's beside i don't like that there putting people out of job's we need to mak more job's not less job's

I'm not going to lie ever since Wendy's got rid of their blue cheese crumbles they've lost a couple of points to me in my opinion I used to love to get the blue cheese crumbles and put it on the Baconator and take the ketchup off ooh that only made the Baconator better they fouled up when they took away blue cheese crumbles

Ya this is alot of hype as you go to Wendy's thinking you will get that pretzel buccinator or the cold brew frosty, but It turns out franchises don't use it. Last time I went to wendy's I asked for an of these Ohh sorry we don't make that here.
IMHO Wendy’s is the best of the big 3. Their new fries helped close the gap with McDonald’s. Fountain sodas getting very close to the awesome ones from NcDonald’s and they have Diet Dr. Pepper!!!❤

In terms of big chain restaurants "ones you'll find easily in every state and most likely every county", Wendy's can't be beat in the burger game. Their beef patties do taste better than others and so does most of their food in general.
The quality has been way down over the last couple of years and they now re drop old fries in the oil again to heat them up and usually overcook them

Wendy's includes chopped, unsold patties in its chili and, while doing so, observes all health department guidelines. Many other restaurants do the same, and I do the same. I'm so tired of this bogus "issue."

I like the main menu just not hot and spicy. The people could of asked if we wanted hot but did not. I will never go to that location again.
