How is the Lane Keep assist on this Sprinter? Does it have electric steering assist and will steer you back in lane? Is this built on a 21 chassis? Did they improve the drivers assistance functions from the earlier models? I heard it was downright dangerous to use in the '19 model and pretty much had to be turned off because it slammed on the brakes when it tries to correct you back in the lane, especially in constructions zones. It's nothing like GMs supercruise or blue cruise on Fords?

Kind of a bummer that you quit posting. It’s sucks to watch the first few and then a dead end. Take the others down if you aren’t going to finish the series. It’s disrespectful to not do so.

Air friers are great! I have a couple! a big oven like one that can heat a 12" pizza (doubles as a toaster over) and my favorite, this little one that is about 1.9 qtz, but that one makes bacon like no other! (and little mess!) Cooked all sort of thigns There: Beef patties, veggies, fish, chicken (yes, fried chicken), and even some deserts!. I love it! I see how it'd be great for van life!
My "overlanding" consist of a rooftop tent on a Jeep Wrangler, about 20 Gals of water in 5 gal containers that fit in back of my jeep, and (depending where I go) even got a couple of solar panels and a Jackery to power them up (for a few thing likes lights). AS far as cooking, I got a propate burner (the two burner coleman thing), another pocket one that boils like a Gal of water in under 3 mins, and a folding table to eat/cook. (may get a second one since its pretty thin one) and even considering getting one of those solar powered coolers (already have one that plugs into either a 12v or 110 outlet so, that's good for food, plus, a camp shower! (though we try not to use it if we can't get fresh water). SHoudl find way to get maybe more water (last time I went to Moab UTah, we kind ran out of water in the 4th day of a 6 day trip :P Just went into town and filled up, but considering the Jeep is a Rubicon and it can pretty much go anywhere... ITs a pretty descend rig to go anywhere (just have to get creative about bathroom, like a mix of chem toilets andd a small showvel! :) And lots of Moist towels! After seeing this, I have a buddy in Alaska North of Fairbanks, and may consider a trip this summer up there with the Jeep set up this way.

Max Tracks are expensive. I’d be afraid of someone stealing them just having them tied on with straps like that. I’d at least run a bike lock through them as a deterrent.

Does the RV have a driver's assistant? I can't recall if you showed it or not. Also, it would be cool if you could show your progress on a map showing how far you've driven... just to get a sense of the ground you've covered.

We had a Sprinter van. Make note of how few authorized facilities there are in Canada. Have a robust tow coverage accordingly.
There are two shops and two shops only in Alaska, owned by the same people. One in Fairbanks and one in Anchorage, Trailer Craft. They are a Freightliner dealer. Parts and tech time are in short supply.
One thing about this video: Driving at night is a bad idea for several reasons. The big critters move about at night. Your chances of a really bad deer/elk/moose/caribou/bear hit go wayyyyy up. Emergency and towing services are far far more limited. People are asleep. Service stations, markets erc are closed. You are more apt to miss the road damage markers that you must pay attention too.
Just some things to think about.
