Yom Teruah, the Feast of Trumpets

  • What is Yom Teruah (also known as the Feast of Trumpets), and what is its significance? The Bible gives us a list of appointed times in which God wants to meet with His people. One of these special times is Yom Teruah, which literally means the "day of shouting or blasting." It is more commonly called the day of Trumpets because we are commanded to blow the trumpets, to shout, and to raise a noise on this day. Yom Teruah is a day of rest, a day for seeking the Father, and a day of blowing trumpets and shouting to the Lord. On this day we look forward to the return of our Messiah, and we prepare our hearts for His return.

I want to celebrate the feasts and don't know how, I have a feeling that I need and want to do this for God, not for me or any benefit but just to praise God because He deserves all the praise. :)

It is for us to remember the first time that he spoke his own name and first time he talked about a memorial. Think about it. Exodus 3: 14, 15 May the Great God I AM open your eys and ears to his word and give you understanding in this the final days.

It's my first Feast of Trumpets this year. I'm also told this is when Adam first sinned in the garden. The 10 days of Repentance follow Yom Teruah. Just as Adam was forgiven by God so will we as we repent earnestly. During this 10 days of Awe/Repentance the Book of Life is open. Sometimes we think we're saved because of the once saved always saved lie. It makes sense when the teacher in the video says it's a time to remember God and the covenant because those who forgot will likely not be found in the Book of Life

I think the trumpets sounding on Yom Teruah is to remember the trumpets that sounded at Mount Sinai on Shavuot when the commands were given to Moses. Seems like every book resonates Messianic prophecies and reminds us the importance of being perfect as he is perfect in all that is written

  • @heleniyahabukarsh513

The feast are a rememberence of the past and a reminder of the future. The trumpets blew and the Angels shouted when Yah descended on Sinia to give the Commandments that is what we remember. The trumpets blow and the Angels shout upon the return of Messiah, that is what we are reminded of.

This is a vision that I had on September 1, 2021 when I was sitting on my sundeck and enjoying the sun when suddenly this golden transparent sheet appeared about on my lap. There was thousands of multicoloured tiny lights all over the sheet it was transparent so I could see through it but it had a kind of a golden sheen to it as I was sitting there considering what was happening .
I was not thinking it was a vision so I looked around to see where this if something was reflecting all these lights as it was so surprising to me . So as I looked at the sheet and there was thousands of these tiny coloured little lights, all multicoloured lights all the colours of the rainbow and as I was watching all these coloured lights and they were extending out beyond my lap and after about a minute this sheet rose up into the air about a foot and it stayed in the air for about 20 seconds and then all of a sudden “Shoosh” it it just left almost like it was being propelled outwards and it didn't just disappear it just went out and up like a rocket and it looked like there was like a cloud was left behind and it was gone. It happened in what the bible says in the twinkling of an eye.
I had asked the Lord in prayer if the rapture was going to take place this year in 2021 and this was two days before I had the vision that the Lord answered me with this vision, I have had numerous visions throughout my life but I haven't had one in many many years, but I had one this time in 2021, so that's my vision and so I believe that the rapture is going to happen in the year 2021. However and this is my own conjecture, I believe it's going to happen on on the true feast of trumpets which is October 7 th to 9 th . Also the Holy Spirit gave me an experience years ago and spoke to me in an addible voice that I could hear and told me that God the fathers time is not always my time but his time was from 3 to 6 am in the morning. If it happens at this time, it might be Israel’s time, but we will all be gone in an instant. Brothers and sisters I didn’t know if I should share this with anyone but I believe that I was prompted to share.
If you feel like you would like to share this vision with anybody especially with your Christian brothers and sisters, mothers and fathers, please feel free to share and pass it on, possibly you will be passing on his message what the Lord has given to me and bring someone else into the kingdom of heaven.

Is it possible that what we are to remember is to reset since this time is the beginning of the days of awe which correlate to the ten words beginning with remembering that we should have no other Alahiym before His face. We should continue to remember the other Nine words leading up to the say of Atonement. Remembering the sound of His voice on Mount Sinai when His voice like the trumpet was getting louder and louder. So much that by the end the people begged to have an intercession which Moshe took that place. We are told that one greater than Moshe will appear and He did and is coming again. On that day when he shouts all the earth will again look towards that great intercessor Yahusha who will appoint us to minister to those that survive completing the promise that we will be like Him as He is. Hope this helped brother. Thanks for redoing this unlearning the lies teaching! Hope you didn’t shout too much at your son?! Shalom

Did you know two etymologies of the word "roar" are "shout" and "thunder". I think it is nice that all of these are connected to "voice" and my prayer is that YHWH Elohim of Israel will hear my voice and remember His covenant with His servant David when i confess with my mouth that the Son of Man is the Messiah, the Son of the Living Elohim; and Bless me In His Father in Heaven who revealed this to me (not by the roman papacy or it's agents in or out of its communion) by the evangelism written in His Devoted Books (calling me a living stone) to Edify The Elect of YHWH of Nazareth on the foundation of His Resurrection so that by His blood that was poured out once and for all for the atonement of sins and His flesh that was given as a memorial to Him to Bind all His Enemies Under His Feet and to Loose the Yokes from around the necks of His Redeemed: heaven is His Throne and the earth is His Footstool so even the man of lawlessness who exalts himself over everything called god, claiming to be Jesus Christ in the flesh, sitting on the papacy seat in the temple of oracles (and all who worship him by venerating his images and receiving his mark) i Bind Under the Feet of The Right Hand of The Majestic Glory; and all who are persecuted because of the leaven of this abominable circus (that has changed the times and the law, taking away the daily burnt offering and the sabbath) for the sake of the eternal Priesthood after the Order of Melchizedek (The Lion of the tribe of Judah) i loose and rejoice because their names are written in heaven on the Throne of YHWH King of kings and Master of masters. Amen.

      Study to show yourself approved.
"Judiazers" according to Acts and Galatians stated that man needs to follow"man's" traditions to be able to follow JESUS, circumcision, baptism.
Yom Taruah isn't"Jewish". Please provide Scriptures supporting that doctrine.
According to Leviticus 23, the Feasts are the "LORDS" Appointments not "Jewish" despite men's traditions.
Just because millions of "christians" call them "Jewish" doesn't make GOD'S WORD void.
      Shalom
Think about it. "christians" say grace= disobedience with GOD'S Favor.
The WORD says Grace= Obedience and Power through free gift HOLY SPIRIT by faith alone. CHARIS

They feed off of what wolves in sheeps clothing tell them the WORD says never testing the spirits to see if theyare of God, forever learning but never comeing to the knowledge of the power thereof.

It coincides with the new moon so they set aside 2 days just in case the new moon doesn't show the first night. At least this is what I have been reading this morning. This year it is from sundown on September 15th through sundown on the 17th again depending on when the new moon shows up. It is a holy convocation day, no work. Prepare your feast in advance. I celebrate alone and this is only my second year. I celebrate alone because I don't know anyone around me that celebrates the feasts or even the Sabbath. I am in the Seattle area and only recently even found a church to attend for fellowship on Sunday. I won't be attending during the so called holidays though as they apparently celebrate christmas. I hope everyone finds out that is Baal worship and soon because our God is a jealous God and those that don't repent and stop will be eternally damned. My entire extended family thinks I am crazy and that it is wrong not to celebrate that pagan holiday. God said, my children perish for lack of knowledge so you are on the right path, seeking him. We are told to celebrate these feasts. We just have to get educated and informed about them since Satan did get the church body to stop and think only peoplein Isreal or the jews should. We are grafted in and we all need to celebrate our Lird the way he tells us to and not how man tells us. Seek the truth and you will find it and Jesus is the way the truth and the life. Jesus will guide and direct us through this and educate us. I hope you have someone to celebrate with if not, if you are in Washington state, I would love to get together. Much love and peace to you in him who loved us so much he suffered and died for us.

Question for you Lex, are we to use our calendar years?? Or did they use a different calendar?? I have just recently fell into Torah. Maybe six months now. And your videos have been quite helpful!!! For instance, on the 14th day of the first month at even is the Lords Passover, is that January 14?? It's probably a silly question.... but.....
