A little thing about GD's rap. He said "비갠 뒤엔 비애 대신 a happy end" which means "After the rain, instead of sadness comes a happy end". But the word 비갠 in korean sounds like Begin and the word 뒤엔 sounds like The end. So the sentence is also like "Begin - The end, instead of sorrow, happy end"
GD loves wordplay, like in Fxxx it, everybody thought the bridge is "And I wanna get down" but it's actually "Era moreugedda" 🙂
The end of the rap also is saying "At last, our four seasons" , and the last word sounds like "Monet" , the impressionist painter.

Daesung for me has always been an AMAZING singer but since their last tracks to this comeback, I can feel how much time and effort he put to be able to discover a new level for his voice. Truly outstanding how he just gets better and better over time. I miss bigbang with all my heart and I wish them the best in the future. The kings of kpop, the one and only, BIG BANG!

I'm shaking since they dropped this mv. I missed GD unique vocal/rap. The way how the music take a turn during his and top parts and than explodes when comes back to taeyang and daesung is SUCH A BIGBANG THING. Yet, I think even tho most people were expecting some kind of "see you / goodbye" song we're not expecting THIS song. It's a mix of feelings that really capture the idea of seasons the Korean title brings.
absolutely! I loved that they came back with such a self reflecting song. It is a perfect closure - but a great opener for the new chapter as well. Really grown up art and musicality here

The Korean song title "봄여름가을겨울" means spring, summer, autumn and winter and the lyrics are about the four seasons. In the MV, the four sons of BIGBANG were shot separately in 4 scenes.
Just like the four seasons can't get together.
