- A team of consummate craftsmen led by Sandro Zani of Riva World, near Amsterdam, Netherlands, taped the progress from start to finish of Riva No. 125, the only Riva ever to have been built with twin 400hp Crusader engines. From basket case to perfection. This one-of-kind boat was made for none other than Cal Connell and the one Riva ever to have his 400hp engines.
Who dislikes this?! ... she looks (and sounds) absolutely gorgeous man! The Riva is a work of art.
one of the best looking boats I've ever seen.
That's waaay cool.Kick-ass boat and the sound track made my pulse race!!! Nice Job,thanx!
If you gotta have music on a video then this sums up the perfect combination for a petrolhead, perfect boat restoration, perfect audioi accompaniment!
The exhaust song ,,, oh my. Lovely artistic photos at 3 minutes on.
Great sound of the engines, bloody good !
Videomick, my Father worked 40 years in those shipyards.
ThankYou for this video.
A work of art
.....1966......was a gorgeous year........
oooooohhhhh,,, she has a B E A Utiful song..... and gorgeous to boot... wonderful work there.
Great job!
Guys awesome video love to see more mahog resto's if you have them!
Nice work
fabuleux👌❣!!
It's beautiful. Would love to know the entire story! Seems like 90% is brand new material
doe ik er nog eens een schepje bovenop, wat en fantastiese mooie boot jongens.
ben weer blij dat ik nederlands ben en wij water mensen zijn
Precies, altijd fijn de Nederlandse vlag op een Riva.
Excellent concept for a vid. The power plant singing its song beats the hell out of that electronic porno music I usually hear around here.
Nice job, well done! So guys, could you please tell me was the hull modified for those engines? Especially the rib under the transmission?
More than a restoration, it seemed like a total makeover .... How much did it cost?!
I wonder what a restoration like this costs
very very very good ,
I love metahash I love Riva
guys, this is Riva not candy
Looked like it was vandalized or damaged somehow before restored.
Sure wished more of the skimming across the water and its related sound would have been added.
focking awesome! brrrrbbb

Wow what an incredible boat and incredible tradesmaship,, i may be in the way of thinking we had big block chev engines X2 possibly 396 ci of that 1966 era,,or possibly the 427 corvette version of that engine,,402 and 454 were not made yet. What sort of money is this boat worth if it was for sale.,, hard to put a price on the work to restore alone let alone the 1966 era classic.
From what I've seen somewhere north of 1.2 mil Dollars
hard to put a price? I'm sure those guys didn't work for free. These boats are collector items. They are timeless, like old Italian cars.
sabe alguien donde puedo conseguir los planos? me encantaría de poder construirme uno
Over $300,000 US + to restore at this level in today's dollars.
how does it ride in rough water? beauty and power are fine, but if your spine is being compressed you will eventually be impotent!
where can i buy one?
riva super aquarama, nothing with more class in the water...
@1chrisdaman1 i'm sorry for you but it is made in italy from riva... in netherlands they made restoration, very good job but only restoration... (with sandro zani of riva... italian)
Somebody was really pissed off with the owner
the ultimate luxury on a boat is silence
Riva Aquarama E?
Given how unbearably exquisite every square inch of this work is, I’m not sure I could bring myself to put it in anything as nasty as water.
nice boat and nice work!!!! i personaly like the flag of the netherlands the most =) probaply made in the netherlands? ( netherlands rules!)
👍👍👍👍🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
what do you want $775.000. or the boat. il have the boat please
WTF is that noise?
after i muted the bulk of the video it was fine, then imagine the disappointment after enduring all that to never actually see the boat in the water, just some artsy b&w b.s. . . . >
