    You're doing such a great job. Don't forget to send a special thanks to your guide, it's very clear that he loves the history and culture surrounding him. As I said - a big thank you to him from me and most possible, other viewers as well :)

    Thank you for showing us the historic Crak De Chevalier Crusader Castle, I was there 30 years ago it was amazing! So fascinating to stand where famous kings and knights would have been a thousand years ago! 🇸🇾

    I used to backpack and travel the world myself, unfortunately my current job doesn't allow international travel.
    I say all that to pay a compliment to your videos. There is no fluff, or fakeness, and it shows.
    I genuinely feel as if I'm back overseas on another adventure. Thank you.

    Stunning location, didn't know Syria was so beautiful! Hope this motivates other people to also visit Syria in the future. As you pronounced I can't imagine how awesome it would be to see it functioning back when it was populated. Next level content and your guide has been so helpful 🔥

    Glad to see that you are still in Syria 🇸🇾. Such an amazing country. You know Chris the crusaders were a bunch of Europeans who went and well unfortunately failed to save Jerusalem from the Muslims. It is an amazing story that should be told. Anyways take care and happy travels. #🇸🇾 #syria

    You don't have to worry about tourist traps in Syria. Like Afghanistan, its no-go land for tourists (their loss). So you have all the primary attractions to yourself (and share your VIP experience with us!) :)

    Six ads for a 20-minute video? It's way too much, especially when you are just starting out. Although the content might be entertaining, the ads aren't.

    • @ChrisMustList
      @ChrisMustList  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      I'm not sure if you understand how TH-cam works. I don't have an option of how many ads are shown, and the number of ads is determined by your physical location. I don't chose how many ads, I only click "Yes" for the ads or "no" for no ads. Just starting out? I've visited over 100 countries, and believe me my ad money doesn't pay for even half of my trip. TH-cam has an option for you to pay a small fee per month and then you see ZERO ads. If you are not willing to pay that fee you have to tolerate ads on the majority of content creators work. You watch a 20 minute video, in 20 minutes. I had to travel to the country, pay the guide, shoot the film, edit the film, upload the film and this film will make me under $100. So next time you see an ad, simply skip it instead of complaining about it. All the best!

    • @MarcoAlba1
      @MarcoAlba1 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@ChrisMustList I was just comparing your video to all the videos I watch from popular TH-camrs, yours stood out with the oversaturation of ads. I believe I heard from some of them that they had control over how many ads are put and even where they are inserted, some insert them at the beginning of the video, some in the middle.

    • @ChrisMustList
      @ChrisMustList  ปีที่แล้ว

      @@MarcoAlba1 I understood exactly what you meant, and as I stated in my response. I do not pick how many ads are being shown.

    Krak des Chevaliers/ Fortress of the Kurds, was built by Abu Kamil Nasr ibn Salih ibn Mirdas a Kurdish leader( first castle). Second one was built by Knights of the Hospital of Saint John of Jerusalem. Your guide has no clue about history.
