He's also has the best win ratio of any United manager. As much as you don't like him, the truth is in the pudding. He's surpassed expectations and deserves better

I for one am thrilled the new addition to the ownership of the club Jim redcliffe looked glum.
He's reported as being a life long red fan.
In that regard he's seen far better years at old Trafford and seems like given his response he's gonna do all he can to restore future yrs of glory.
He can be forgiven for showing no signs of joy knowing United ended the season 30 +points behind the side that won the title.
Beating them in a one off match is not the same as showing at the theatre of Dreams the necessary & sustained levels of consistency that was displayed by the 1st & 2nd placed club's.
I hope his love for the club is as mine to not be content until over 38 games MUFC are again in 1st place.
