Sir please correct me if I'm wrong ....there is no such election for prime minister it writes dispute relating to president, vice president,PM and speaker beyond scope of judiciary.
@mangal sir, we all wish nothing but the best for you in life. You are a blessing in this tough time, simplifying the complexities. How we all wish we had you by our side all day to guide us with your precious gyaan. Till then, Virtual Mangal Sir rocks! You are the best choice made by Rau's IAS for this initiative. :)
I don't comment frequently, but this was too good to not appreciate. The sheer amount of efforts and pain Rau's take to reduce our pain is a fine example of altruistic service.
Governor as a Factor of Indian Federalism 3.1 Introduction: The Constitution of India is the supreme law of the land. It possesses all the characteristic of federalism. A Constitution which possesses the following characteristics may be called Federal Constitution: i) The distribution of powers between the Centre and the States. Matters of national importance is given to the Centre and matters of local importance are given to the States. ii) Every power whether legislative, executive or judicial belonging to the Centre or the States, is derived from the Constitution. iii) It must be in writing and the procedure of its amendment should be rigid to maintain its supremacy. iv) The judiciary remains independent to maintain the division of powers between the two levels of government as stipulated in the Constitution.
As 3 rd question is concerned 1 and 2 statement should be equally correct in sense as it talks about excessiveness of laws which curtail fundamental right of people and second statement meaning alsogets connect from fundamental rights as they r social in sense and economic also , as 32 article where we can reach apex court for their enforcement .
Article 42 requires the state to "make provision for securing just and human conditions of work and for maternity relief". Article 43 says workers should have the right to a living wage and "conditions of work ensuring a decent standard of life". Both are under dpsp
extremely good analysis sir I am really thankful for such video I request you if you can announce all the options because it's very difficult sometimes when you don't read it because I am a visually impaired student

Also provide all sublject questions in word pdf. ADVANTAGE 1. it will helpful in analysis of one chapter . 2. Original Questions analysis is real method of topic analysis. 3. It helps it understanding chapter and concept. Thanks ®ards Rajiv
how come dpsp's 44th ammendment act is minimize inequality in income, status, opportunities and facilities, this is the 38th ammendment act...44th ammendment act is uniform civil code..Please elaborate?
Sir you have mentioned in question 3, fundamental rights provides only political rights but fr can also provide social rights. Please someone rectify it whether it is correct or wrong
Article 44 of the Directive Principles in the Constitution says the “State shall endeavour to provide for its citizens a uniform civil code (UCC) throughout the territory of India.” The objective of this endeavour should be to address the discrimination against vulnerable groups and harmonise diverse cultural practices ...
q10 option1 during national emergency sir said that the law made by parliament will remain valid till 6 months can we call it co terminus?? co terminus means immediately invalid or not??
Statement says that Parliament is bound to make laws. But it is not mandatory for the parliament to make such laws on fundamental duties. Thus, it can make laws however, it is not bound to do so.
At 40:34 , in the second question, you said that the 1st statement is incorrect because 'parliament' written instead of 'lok sabha'.. But in Laxmikanth, under the heading collective responsibility,it is written that "the ministers are collectively responsible to parliament in general and to lok sabha in particular" so in general it is responsible to parliament also.
Q4 is confusing. Amendment of schedule 1 and 4 can be done with a simple majority but it will termed as constitutional amendments. Isn't it? I came across this somewhere. Please correct me if I'm wrong
