Apart from the arguement that they want to maintain quality education and produce competent doctors, these rules and regulations were somewhat formed to satisfy the requirements of the various private medical college lobbies which are operating in our country. These people operating behind the scenes don't want students to go abroad and take advantage of the emotional mindset of students and parents who want to pursue mbbs at any cost and force them in taking loans to study in their 'prestigious' college.

All the dreams and aspirations of students wishing to become doctor are in ruin. NMC has made it almost impossible for students to study abroad because of these lobbyists. A strong united front should be taken by parents and students including local authorities to put an end to this selfish act.

Bhai aapki jyadatar baate Phillipines pe hi apply hoti hai. Jidhar course duration kaafi badhega. Baaki Russia mein MBBS 5.8 years + 1 year CRMI = 6.8 years course hai total. aur Licensing exam wala point toh aage jaakar hi pata chalega ki kitna tough hota hai. Internship/clerkship/clinical posting wale point mein toh Baadal chaaye hue hai, lekin Indian Embassy in Russia har baar ek hi chiz keh rahi hai ki Internship is included in 6 years MD course duration in russia.

But jin cheezon mein surety nahi hoti hai, "baadal chaye" hote hain, we've to presume the worst case scenario for that and THEN prepare ourselves for the outcome.

NMC want that no student go to other country for MBBS so that they can help all medical colleges mafia.Why they are not making medical education affordable so that more student can affordable. NMC is shouting on the quality of docter then what about the student getting admission by just qualifying the NEET exam with minimum marks and getting admission by paid seat and other reservation rule. Student are scoring more than 400 to 500 marks and not getting admission. What is planning for this.

There is definitely some hope as we'd taken admission before the application of this law. So technically they should've provided some buffer zone, some time for aspirants to get warned and choose wisely. Exception is def. A strong possibility

Khud hi bol rhe ho ki saturation aa gya aur khud hi keh rhe ko ki seats kam hain
Saturation sirf mbbs mein aya hai.
Seats har jagah kam hai.
And in order to become a surgeon or specialist, you have to be a mbbs doctor first.
You can't be a MD/MS directly.
What I'm saying is:
1) don't just stop at mbbs kyuki SIRF mbbs mein saturation aagaya hai that means ki sirf mbbs doctors ki value COMPARITIVELY kam hogayi hain.
2) seats are less for UG, LESSER EVEN FOR PG.

USA doesn't have a degree called mbbs....they have pre-med and medical school. If u get thru usmle after that, u'll get into residency (really hard). After finishing residency u'll get md or DO degree. Then u can practice anywhere in the world w/o giving any exam.
