It’s not going to be GTA 2077, a lot of y’all are going to be disappointed if you expect that. But it may also be the first RPG game that a lot of younger players will experience, and hopefully make them fans of RPG’s. I
Yeah, I hope all the people looking for a futuristic GTA aren’t disappointed because this is an in-depth rpg. And if people aren’t into or used to rpgs like that then they might rate it lowly.
Trying not to be hype, but after watching this. If it plays well, this will be the new standard for open world RPGs, but also open world games in general. Really exciting! Can’t wait to play it on PS5!
A lot of stuff they're trying to do was already done in Deus Ex: Human Revolution, so if you need something to play in the meantime I highly advise it.
Worth noting that navigating the factions in Night City is going to be even more complex than you think. We haven't even gone over the various corporations that'll be involved in-game.
Blessing, while the game will play on PS5, the next gen upgrade patch is not coming until 2021 according to CD Projekt Red. So you are basically playing the PS4 version that might run a bit better or has a higher resolution, but no ray tracing or stuff like that.

Then it felt like nobody on the kinda funny team really had his back including his best friend Greg. Collin left and started his own Patreon and it did and does extremely well. Colin has reached out to Greg to try to Bury that hatchet but Greg wants no part of it. At least from what Colin said in a more recent interview. There’s more details. People feel Greg threw Colin under the bus. You could find some stuff on your own and form your own opinion.
i also thought 70gb was small but the witcher 3 was 50gb without dlc so i think their compression software is top notch considering how big the witcher 3 felt
That's not necessarily true. It will still be better resolution and performance out of the gate, but bigger graphical/performance upgrades won't come until 2021. The game will look and play better on next gen out of the gate, per the developers.
So, this is played from a 3080 type card, to us? and we get to solo this game for 2 years until they go multi player? They should allow us to make a name slot to fit into the 2022 multi player servers, right? so they know how much draw or load they will have or need. my 2 cents.
Blessing was right though, PS5 comes out on November 12 (US, Canada and other places) and Cyberpunk comes out on the 19th, so you would have to wait a week to play it on the ps5. But maybe that doesn't apply if you guys get a review copy early I guess.
You aren’t really waiting a week at all if the game isn’t released anywhere else at that point. If the game came out 1st and the console next then you’d be waiting to play it on ps5/Xbox. But it’s the other way around so there’s no scenario you wouldn’t be playing it on the next consoles if you get them.
I was always getting this game but when you it’s like GTA but in the future my hype level just went through the roof. GTAV is one of my favourite games.

This is going to be the game that just stops people from playing any other game for a while. Besides those that need their new CoD or WoW expansion fix this Winter, nothing else coming is gonna be this good or time consuming. I just wish this game had a big open world GTA Online style multiplayer in Night City. Especially so PC modders could get a GTA RP type of mod going. Like a 100 player Night City RP server. I'd play nothing else for years.
People in the comments comparing this to GTA while both games came out in different generations. We don’t even know what GTA 6 is going to look like so let’s just relax please. I can’t wait to play both of them on PS5 or PC though.

From the thumbnail I was assuming GTA 6 will be release in 2077. To be honest I think it could be true. I already preordered this game on GOG and my top of the line PC is salivating right now. This game will be 200+ hours so for people like Tim who probably just mainline the story, it will be such a shame

I’m loving the gameplay so far, but nothing CD can do to this game will make me and many others not compare it to GTA. You can get a wanted level, you can jack cars, it’s an open world, you can run around shooting people, you can customize yourself. The only thing I feel is different is the story, cybernetics, and romances. I’ve been playing GTA since I was a child, hell the first game came out the same year I was born, 1997. So I’ve been playing GTA games all of my life. This just seems like a futuristic GTA with a well fleshed out story and even better customization.
Kind of unfair to expect Naughty Dog level of animation and model fidelity in a game this enormous and complicated/intricate considering this shit needs to run on a base xbox one and ps4.

Unlike Red Dead you don't have to download a multiplayer so 70 is reasonable, plus it's not 3rd person and story mode's not as long as The Witcher 3 after complaints it was too long🤷♂️.

Its backwards compatible meaning you can play on ps5 but it wont really make use of the hardware till they do a PS5 patch later next year.

FYI for Blessing. The Cyberpunk next gen upgrade isn't coming until 2021. So playing on PS5 will be the same as playing on the PS4.

I will be playing on my One X, the Witcher update was great looking. I will be getting a PS5 once the storage is updated to at least 2 terabytes.
You should be able to do that manually. Will be cheaper for you to do it too I take it.
