Please read before commenting about Covid-19! Hello! I hope you're keeping well and healthy during this uncertain time. I am no longer in Bahrain or the Gulf region. I took a flight back home to my family in the UK about a month ago. I don't recommend that anyone travel right now, as the risk of spreading Covid-19 to more vulnerable members of our society is too high. We should all take a backseat for the time being, and hopefully our combined efforts will help things go back to normal sooner rather than later. I will spend the next few weeks uploading the remaining videos from my trip in the Gulf, which includes another country after Bahrain. Stay tuned and take care, Jason
Dear Jason Billam. I am from Suffolk. I like your videos. Just a curiosity are you Muslim. I thought you are looking great on Muslim attire. Your love to Muslim community.
Dear Jason, It looked like you had a great time in Bahrain. Just curious which Gulf state or Muslim country, have you had the friendliest experience? Which you the best and stay safe!
You amaze me at how comfortable you appear when meeting the diverse people everywhere you go. That is a real talent when people want to invite you into their world. I am sure the camera helps but still you have a special ability. Great videos.
Lamp is actually called missbah (مصباح), but missbah Aladdin means Aladdin's lamp. Maybe he was referring to the type or name of the lamp he was holding idk
I’m so jealous. I am from Hawaii and don’t really enjoy beaches but the beaches in Bahrain are so classy and beautiful I would be willing to pay the fee to those nice beaches ❤️

I lived in Bahrain for two years, actually in Juffair a few minutes from the Mosque. Wonderful country, wonderful people, great place to live. Sadly due to the impact of the Corona virus I lost my job in March 2020 and returned to the UK. So many wonderful experiences and memories .
@Y A they wrote me a letter stating that due to drop in business caused by the impact of the corona virus they would not be renewing my residence permit. They had already booked me on a flight to the UK 2 days later. Very quick. They paid me off. I recently heard that they promoted a Bahrain National that worked for me into my role.. I can't complain, To be fair, they paid me a lot of money to leave...
Thank you for showing other people our culture especially while you were in Al fateh mosque. I liked your respect when you keep quite and hearing Adhan and looking in our praying.

Hi Jason! I love how u didn't talk during the Call of Prayer inside the Masjid/Mosque and for me and other muslims watching this vlog, it showed respect to our religion. You also very quit touring inside of the mosque and was plus for me. Keep up the good work and travel more to other arab nation bcos they are very hospitable and kind to visitors. P.s. Not an Arab but Asian Muslim. Watching all ur episodes in Arab nations..👍👍👍
great effort on the video! Bahrain has so many beautiful places, and I have to say even though you were in Bahrain, you did not get meet any of the kind locals! , Bahrain is very welcoming of expats here and allows the freedom of religion and commerce, I would, however, recommend any visitors or tourist, to start in the inner cities, such as isa town, nwaidrat or muharraq , they truly have the essence of Bahraini culture that has not changed through the years! and i hope you had a lovely time here !
Thanks! - just realise there’s a lot more that happens in the background than what is shown on camera. Maybe I had a local with me, but they didn’t want to be in the video? ;)
Another one of your absolutely wonderful videos showing the beauty and daily life of Bahrain. You have certainly turned your travels into an art form. I personally connect strongly to it. Well done again. Greetings from the Train Lord in South Australia

The Al Fateh Mosque has a very interesting design. I like how the architecture in Bahrain is modern yet also Middle Eastern oriented. I visited Bahrain in February and it was really worth it. I also made a small video about the Bahrain Bay.
