    the commentary in this video does no justice to the beauty of the house and architecture. the commentary is incoherent and both commentators are constantly talking past one another, each seemingly ignoring what the other is saying. it detracts from the quality of the video. the tour of the house and the video both are quite engaging, so thank you banjaiga for that. my request would be to bring reviewers who can do justice to the various technical aspects of the design and construction allowing the audience to grasp what the project has achieved in the fullest sense. i hope there will be a sister video coming out sometime soon giving us the architect's take on the project.

Treat it accordingly.

      @@Banjaiga @ fan base for the same videos is understandable & a good quality but pls improve (tell your team) the mid Conversation interruptions, cutting the others mid sentence & switching the Convo - it's annoying, can't watch this video more than 7 mins !! Already stopped watching.
      I hope other videos will not be like this -___-
      The other video was rather impressive where an NCA graduates (Male,female) were explaining this house while a Video clips of the said stuff was running in parallel & civil works guy was talking & Retirement Air Commodore -- it was a really professional video & they were not cutting off each other's -- if you can follow that set-up for rest of the videos then that will be awesome 👍

    Wonderful effort by banjaiga team and highly commendable but along with this i must mention that your team always shows only one area that is architecture but if u think about the meaning of banjaiga, it is team effort which include Engineers( structure,MEP ) construction team, which you people never shows and intentionally not shown and without effort of engineers, construction team these master pieces are only be a piece of paper. Thanks and think about it.

      roughly 160 different labor/vendors work on a single project, interviewing all will not make a video but a series itself which is not a good idea.

    Visited it! It was good. Best thing is plantation done which gives the rainforest look. The banana palms. Stairs making noise tho should have had base to reduce tht or something. While the building exterior is like ok not as appealing. Rest all good. Awsome work done! And appreciate the owner for going for it.

    Although the house is a masterpiece but it's lacking neat finishes in some spaces and I fee likel it would be hard to maintain the house as it's done in so many transitions in a darker theme
    Well I like the hosts in a way they comment on each and every detail of the house as well I am inspired by their visual depth how they overview minute details.

    Please take this as a positive critique but the curators completely destroyed the entire experience of virtual tour. Yes they touched on key areas but somehow they failed to justify and appreciate the massive thought process behind the design of each space. Good thing is the hosue itself is speaking volumes about its spaces. Just my humble opnion.

    Not at the level of Banjaiga. The guys are randomly talking with irrelevant words, without creating any "red thread". Every sentence is initiating a new story and then is left there and a new story is initiated.
    Banjayega has done programs in the past where the architecture and commentary were nicely complimenting each other, but the present case is different in that space.

    • @Banjaiga
      @Banjaiga  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It's their first reaction of the house, The hosts in Virtual tours never been to the projects before.
      so whatever they are saying and reacting are their natural reactions.

    • @alinamirza153
      @alinamirza153 ปีที่แล้ว

      Their “natural reactions” were completely neutralised by their incessant talking over each other and not letting one complete his sentence. Please give a briefing to the architects before they embark on the tour on how to express their views in a documentary setting. Such a waste of money when people switch off within minutes of start of the video or put it on mute. Really liked the house and use of materials and spaces.
