Clay is not meant to dry on your skin. You have to put a thick layer on your skin then let it set for 10mn then wash it off. If you let it dry it will dry your skin with it by absorption of the moisture of your skin. Clay is cheap don't buy it in a fancy pricey pot like that it's not worth it.
