To Unisport (only) I recently just bought ankle weights (1 kg) to run with them and play football with them for about 1 hour replicating Ronaldo . I think that ( please) you should make a video on how to use them properly, effectively and without injuring yourself because these days many aspiring footballers are buying these to improve but many of them are getting injured . So please make a video on this.
@@footballchamp03 same thing. It's still a recipe for disaster. All you will be doing is destroying your knees. If you want to be faster at dribbling, master dribbling at your normal pace first by improving your ball control. Only then you should increase your speed if your ball control is great enough that you need to be faster to make it more challenging.
After I saw this video, I realized even though Im just 170cm versatile Defender(Fullback, CB, wing back, CDM) I have covered all these points earlier and now I know that Im a power header.
Try to look where you wanna strike when the ball makes contact with the forehead. Try using the side corner of the forehead that is on the same side as the direction of the shot you want to take.
experience, ball control, mediocre speed, power to block opponents, tackling ability, experience, ball shielding, jump power, good at short sprints, a hard nose and experience. it´s not the easiest position to play. not recommended for a beginner.
Just know how to defend; the thing that differs it from defending is that you need to be comfortable with the ball, as you will be the first link between defenders and advanced players. And maybe another thing is to cover other players' positions(especially defenders). Apart from this, it is basically like being a defender(I am a DM by the way). To improve it, practice playing as defender in some games, and start getting comfortable with the ball from then on. And always remember, you have your teammates behind you(including the goalie), so, if you cannot make a forward pass, play it backwards. A good asset to have here is calmness(Moises Caicedo is a very good example for this). And one final skill is to have a good passing range and vision.
Take them off for games I promise you all games will be much better not having to worry about glasses your eyes adjust without them you can’t see well sure but the game will go better unless you’re blind without them if so get protective goggle for glasses
Get contact lenses. Off the shelf ones that almost match your prescription will do as they don't need to be perfectly customised, just to see clear enough during the game or training as you don't need to wear them all day.
didn't know Lindelof and ten hag were training together
😂😂😂

As a 5'3 CB, this helped me a ton. Thank you so much Unisport and Adam.

What are ankle weights?
@@cestbluvo my sister has then they strap around your ankles and weigh your ankles down so it forces you to push harder
That's just a recipe for disaster. Just use a resistant band if you want to build power. Much safer.
No , it's not about power , I want to be fast and reactive as well as faster in dribbling

Lalo Salamanca teaching me how to head the ball 😂

I love E football. It might not be as popular as FIFA 22 or 23 but it's really worth it plus it's free on play station
okay?

this bro looks like sergio ramos
How do you score low or diving headers ?
low headers are banned in academy matches and professional matches so no use in learning that if your aspiring for one of them
Low headers are mostly banned or frowned upon.
@thatcarenthusiast1684why
Am 5'8.5, am i too short for a center forward
Ever heard of Messi😂 you don't need to be good in the air to play cf just level up your other skills

Nowadays I'm that tall guy that isn't consistent at heading... mainly scoring.
How do you defend against a Peter Crouch if you're 5' 3" ?
from where did you bring brad pitt
I just want to give good head and give defender a hard time thank you for the video
give me good head
Eric ten hag and van nistelrooy
Pov: Gagamaru
Lewandowski is underrated
Somehow my head always hurts when I try to head the ball, any ideas why ?
Maybe the ball is too strong, usually when there's too much air in the ball it hurts
Idk but when I used to have a lot of pimple on my forehead and hairline when I would head the ball it would kind of hurt
Nothing like the promotion of brain damaging heading. Way to go
Once i was heading the ball nearly i jump to the
post
As a speedstar I really hate heading the ball 😅
Your not a real soccer player then a real baller admires everything and wants to improve at any weak points
Hav to get mor spped
i tick of all of these
