Gaur Siddhartham is an affordable society and they are providing all amenities which Prateek has. Talking about the design, all the flats irrespective of their size, gets direct Sun light which is certainly not the case with Prateek Grand city. Prateek is a high density society as compared to Gaur Siddhartham. Gaur siddhartham has its own cons but it’s definitely not the “Chidiya Ghar” as mentioned by this gentlemen.

Gaur siddhartham is far inferior than prateek. The design looks like a chidiya ghar with no gr8 amenities. Construction quality also compromised.
