Beautiful Black Bird 🖤 I have a found memory of these cars. My first brand new car was a 1986 Turbo Coupe. With lots of mods because I worked for a Prototype Automotive company. Keep up the great work 🐭👍
@@Toppervision1 They had a little turbo lag off the line but they were still faster then a Mark llV with a 302. Mine had a lot of SVO Mustang & Ford Motorsports upgrades. Intercooler. Plus a reprogrammed computer with more boost. I hurt a lot of Mustang & Camaro guys feelings. It also handled great because it didn't have a Heavy V8 out front pushing in the corners. 🐭👍
I have four of these model kits. Two of them are built as replicas of Turbo Coupes I used to own. One is black, the other is grey. The other two are custom. One is black and has a Mustang Mach III concept supercharged 4.6L DOHC V-8 and the other is red and has a Mustang GT 5.0L pushrod (302) EFI V-8.
Mike, I’m in the process of building this same kit. I like the satin black color scheme. I’m going to use the factory color of medium canyon red with red interior. I look forward to seeing your finished kit. Steven 👍🏻

@@dfactoryrat653 Very cool to hear. Now that SVO... I do hope they re-issue that kit.
Nice paint job, black is fairly hard to get right and shows every flaw. Those wheels look cool with it.
Thanks Steve. Gonna play around with a light blackwash on the wheels.
Tbird is looking great Mike
Thanks Tom. Really enjoying this one.
the tbird is looking good Mike! thanks for sharing.
Thanks Todd. Really like this one.

Sounds really good. Especially if yours is also molded in red?
Mike I love the color scheme triple black!! I put tamiya black panel liner on the chrome wheels to give it a real deep look to them!
Ooooo. That's a good idea. Thanks.
