There are two ship maps that I know of, usually they're played when the server has less players!

how is getting into matches for this mod? how does it work, thinking of grabbing it but only if its active
Ill tell you its so active right now since it just updated that queue times might be a little high. Right now there are 2 official servers, and one third party (still on main server branch) server available. All three have been almost maxed out, or maxed out with 12+ person queues since the mod came back online last sunday

Servers full almost every night. Recently both servers have been full.
I bought squad specifically for this mod, the only time the galactic contention servers were dead was at 3am on a Monday, imo definitely worth the money

Since it's a free mod for a milsim game that costs money, hopefully disney will not go after it. I'm sure it's on their radar though.

What kind of PC can run this smoothly?
I use to be able to run it fairly well with a GTX 1070 and a I-7 6700k. Older setup, also had 32gb of ram. Now I have an RTX 2060 and a Ryzen 5 5600x and run it with no issues. You can get away with it with lower graphics settings, but in parts of the maps with high population it may run poorly
