@@tylorho2995 just do research and if you can do it you should just make sure you can take up the expenses but its a great hobby and hopefully you can get into it with the right knowledge and confidence to care for a pair of your own someday keep learning and nice talking to you😏😋😊
8:43 don't listen to this advice if you intend to keep crayfish. Blueclaws will just swim up to the top face backwards in the corner and flick their tail to launch themselves out of the tank. These things infest every waterway here in south east Queensland and the amount of these that have escaped over the years from tanks of mine, because I left one bit uncovered or used a lid that didn't weigh enough is crazy. These things are almost as bad as eels or octopus when it comes to escaping
I noticed how you start suction for water changes. There is an easier way... Fill the vacuum tube, tilt it up over height of tank rim, water starts flowing, resubmerse. Not a big deal with fresh water, i know, but i have many saltwater tanks, not bad to get a little in mouth, but when changing water on 11 tanks, its helps to not have to suck on hose to get it started.

I don't really recommend changing the filter unless completely necessary. That filter has a lot of beneficial bacteria that is very necessary for the tank.
My boyfriend and I got the filet fish song stuck in our heads when the commercial aired and lmaooooo, used to sing it all the time 😂🤦 it's also my ringtone for him whenever he calls...not gonna lie, super embarrassing in public 😂😂😂
Honestly these videos makes me want to start some type of fish tank in the future and also a mantis shrimp tank as well.. I'd love to have a mantis shrimp, it's so cool. But of course, I'd have to start with the beginner fish. I've only ever owned 2 goldfish as a child. Now an adult and might expand my resume in fish someday soon. Well have to move into our house first though
