You're so good. It amazes me, how you manage to take down yak-3's (which i thought were near immune in a turn/energy fight) with my least favorite spitfire! I guess staying at lower alt pays off, because i still feel like it performs worse than fw190 at 4-5+ km
teaching others how to energy fight in a clipped spitfire is a interesting choice on you side. Also you could J-out immediately and spawn back in a new plane as long as you are on the af with a undamaged plane.
Sorry I didn't see this comment earlier. I started out on Japan because low wing loading aircraft are more forgiving to beginners. It's also easier to learn to aim when your aircraft can stick behind a less maneuverable enemy.
As this video states, "all air combat is energy combat". Every airplane, from fighters to bombers, has to be mindful of their energy state. If you need more context as to what exactly energy fighting is, I'd recommend you watch my videos, "Fighter School: Air Combat Basics" and "Fighter School: Advanced Air Combat".
this is amazing, short and simple and good examples to show a newbie like me how to fight with energy. thanks a lot!
You're welcome!

Invasion stripes, you gotta love em.
This is really awsome. Short and sweet not too long and very simple and easy to follow as well. It rivals tutorials like defyn and adam

Great video to show us how to energy fight with a plane such as the CW spitfire
Wow smart play by the Fw 190, to make a quick pass and lead the enemy straight to his team
I'm still trying to get my head around how to use energy exactly, but this video was helpful
Nice video as always! Which model of spitfire is this? Seems very good!
It's the Spitfire F. Mk. XVI, the last of the Merlin-engined Spitfires.
that plane is so god damn agile, wish there were planes in about rank 3 with that kind of turn time
👍 Thanks! 👍
And you have a great collection of user skins! 😃
