With low cost and innovative farming technique, Akash earns nearly 15 lakhs from his 2.5 acres (1ha) farm through multilayer cropping and other allied agriculture practices like producing manure (vermicompost), bio-pesticide, milk etc.

I am the son of a farmer in a remote small village in Karnataka and became an electronics engineer. Worked in Public Sector and became an entrepreneur as well. But niether I could succeed as an entrepreneur nor I could support my already-struggling-suffering agri parents in the given Indian envitonment of external kind....
This farmer's innovative appraoch to internalize the energies and work towards becoming self reliant, leads to all problems prompting solutions themselves... Self-grooming is the key. Other ingredients are: his dedication, efficiency, patience and hardwork....

Been waiting for this kind of a video where a marginal land owner or a farmer can earn with multi layer or multiple crop system and I found what I've been looking for rather I have found more than my Expectations. This video is more than welcome thank you for such a wonderful video and one thing that I must appreciate language. . . . but money isn't the first consideration, but long term sustainability and this shows that "ancient knowledge" is effective, even though people are rediscovering it as breakthrough technology. It isn't though.

Ya. U know farmer's know what is good for soil and all that thing. But they don't have proper equipments(they run behind big harvesters as they don't know that mini harvesters were invented free years ago)

Very practical video to increase farming.
Please, talk about benefits of following items,
1, Drip irrigation to water with timer to run for 15 minutes
2, Keep 2 cows, 15 liter milk per day. Sell in market. Cow dung generates gas, biomass, for cooking, fertilizer
3, Hydrophobic to generate folder for cow. Very easy to do, require small area
4, Small land tilting machine, save labor.

I am not aware of the Bundelkhand weather and soil conditions. May be this is a very good earnings for 2.5 acres. However, there are methods where there are earnings of 10 lakhs per acre in southern India.
But, the method used here is amazingly new, so well utilisation of the resources available in the locality. You deserve awards and appreciation for your most intelligent way of farming and at the same time transferring the knowledge to all the farmers.

50,000 farmers trained in addition to all the excellent work he's carried out in his own farms. That alone would mean 50k potentially better off families - the positive impact on the lives of those farmers. I truly feel honoured to have witnessed his good work here. For the same reason I investested in organic land ; as a nurse I could not heal people with pharmaceuticals nor could I give them my own naturopathic advice against my boss/ doctor about how to use the power of plants/ ayurveda to heal themselves naturally.
