    What is the difference between aaththankudi tiles and cement tiles

    • @architect24x7
      @architect24x7  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Athangudi tiles are made in Athangudi village of the Chettinadu region in Tamil Nadu. They are not the machine pressed but are handmade over glass surfaces.
      Cement tiles are also called as hydraulic tiles. These tiles are compressed in a hydraulic press

    is there any disadvantages with red oxide floorings

    • @architect24x7
      @architect24x7  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Laying oxide flooring by experienced masons is one of the important aspect which makes the oxide floor to last long without any disadvantages.
      The best example is the red oxide flooring in 400yr old Padmanabhaputam Palace.
