Authority ne itne rupiye to sirf registration me hi kama liye hain ki 30-40 small plot to unke yu hi free ho gaye... fir itna sara EMD amount aya ha jiska 3 months bhi hold kar liya to kitna interest benefit... then Lease rent, registry charges, penalties, Transfer charges and still buyer is not on free hold. Govt. ka simple long term income plan ha jo janta ka C* kat rahe hain.... TH-camrs and brokers ka to kaam ha hype banana, aam janta mare...
@@pankajsachdeva4668, no one can sale without lease rent and registry (20%) then every time next one will purchase he has to pay again 20%, then every seller pay 20% of profit everytime they earn. still its not free hold property, its a trap of Govt. and brokers and on top of that Bank will eat up all appreciation in term of interest

कानून मे ऐसी व्यवस्था है, अवधी पूरी होने के तीन साल में न्यायालय मे जा सकते हैं, पहले पता करना कि काम बिना मुकदमे के हो जाय। अब वह तो लोकल का है, अगर बीच मे ब्रोकर है तो उसे पकड़िये। पार्टी के लिए समझना जरूरी था। लोकल का लालच में आ सकता है।

Due to this false news of number of plots is increasing, many people have put applications. Due to this again property agents and builder got opportunity to say people that demand is very high and increase rates exponentially.
