I have started to use the english rescue tie, the basics are the same as the F8, but it has two loops in it. The same time tying it, but half of the tension on the rope (two loops are tensioned on the carabiner, not one). And its way easier to untie. Also you can adjust the loops, so you can anchor on different points and also position your rope without any other tools or ties.
I have no idea what the english rescue tie is????? It sounds to me you are describing the Bunny Ears Knot: th-cam.com/video/q4h3NzJ4rNo/w-d-xo.htmlsi=SsRsS0Vt1x_o_-Qo And the point of this video is the difference between the F8 vs F9. Not the Bunny of bowline
I wonder if F9 is similar to F8 that you can actually tie in two ways: the long end in the middle of the knot and long end at the outer side. At least this video had a huge difference in difficulty difference depending on how you tie it. I've always learned to tie F8 the "easy way" and have never tested if I could make it harder to untie.
The F9 also has an easier way, like the F8. Still, the F8 is always easier, no matter which version we put against each other.. In this video I tested all the variants and the results were quite clear. th-cam.com/video/KsZgZB3oPbc/w-d-xo.htmlsi=UjlbP6xY9eR_Pnk5
Do you need more proof? Between this video and the previous one, it seems pretty clear right...

8 is great. Thanks Alex.
Thanks Jim :-)

Excuse me, a first level vertical work technician, what basic knots should you know, please? Greetings.
Welcome to the world of ropes ;-)

That is a good place to start
Hard to argue with those results.
That is what you would think... However, apparently it is still not good enough for some people......
Figure 7 should therefore be even easier to untie 🙃
