@@CrappieMonster if I remember correctly, there was a ton of rain this spring in that area. Those were some pre spawn hogs! In your opinion what is the best time to fish the lakes in that area? Almost as important where do you recommend I stay on the lake or a local outfitter?
I love my ozark pro series 10' but I wish it was a little stiffer its ultra light which one is a little stiffer ? Or whats your suggestions ?..i still really like the rod though..and man those are some big'uns

@@livin4life I honestly think” the hotter the better”. I like summertime fishing down there. If you can find a cabin that’s where I would stay.
