    I wonder how best to signpost my (many) users to specific parts of the board. Does Figjam offer some functionality to index areas (I do have in mind something like the Outline in Mural)?

    Dear figma I have facing so many problems with your windows app. I had already made a legal complaint but the problem remains same please solve the problem.

    • @Figma
      @Figma  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hey Saba, sorry to hear that you're having issues with the Windows app. I'm sure you already know, but Figma and FigJam also work in the web browser. You could try using it on the web, and if you don't experience the issue there, it would help identify the problem with the Windows app which would be valuable information for our support team. You can try reinstalling the Desktop app, and if neither of those things are helping, reaching out to our product support team via the ? in the bottom right corner of Figma and report a bug would really help!

    This is a platform used by adult people, right?
    It sounds like you are explaining something to a kindergarten.
    I love to work with Figma, but this video is not looking serious to me, unless they are meant for a very young audience.

    • @Figma
      @Figma  3 ปีที่แล้ว +17

      Hey Qmagix, this video is an introductory video to using FigJam with your team. It's designed to help Figma and FigJam users of all skill levels, and ages, to help make design and learning more accessible to everyone. The more people that we can foster an interest in design in, the larger the benefit.
      If you're already familiar with FigJam, then that's great! But many people have never used an online whiteboard before, and many have never brainstormed collaboratively. FigJam is great for anyone at any skill level, but it's important to create an inviting space for them to learn the basics so they can someday reach a level where a tutorial like this may not totally be for them.

    I would love a more professional approach and fewer smilies or nice things. Stop trying to be cool. It is infuriating. Or create versions for mature people. How do you expect to gain market share from Miro?

    • @kristinludlowUX
      @kristinludlowUX 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Kinda thought the same thing. The video seems geared towards designers under 30. The tool itself looks promising - maybe it can be used in a more professional way when we need to conduct workshops with engineers, PMs, or stakeholders who might not appreciate the "hipster kid" approach.
      Creative workshops should be fun, but if they border on silly, it may turn off some on the business side.

    • @nikskibiscus8688
      @nikskibiscus8688 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I completely agree. They are going overboard with the childish "hipster" approach. Have you seen the CEO of Figma present? It's like he's trying to appeal to 12 year old girls.

    Excellent usability, will try out!
    Does FigJam have a table component, like Miro? Great for usability test results when doing multiple tests. Post-its stay inside cells, duplicate rows and columns with template content, for example
