Security guards have got their own private lives as well. So he could have also been a visitor to the local pub, or wherever Zac had made himself known to the locals by that point.
It really wpuld imply that the cops or one of Zac's six "linkages" snitched his info to SpaceX Security.

That kitty was frigging adorable. Wondering if it may have been on some pain meds and not quite all there lol. 😄 My cat had to wear a bowl for a while - an actual plastic bowl that I diyed because she couldn't tolerate the cone and was so tiny she somehow got it off half a dozen times - and she'd bob her head like that trying to clean herself all the time. I felt so bad I'd keep her in my lap half the day with it off so I could keep her from reaching the stitches and she'd nap, but I'd feel awful having to put it back on her when I had to do other things. She was on pain meds at the same time so everytime she wore the cone she'd just be weaving and stumbling into every single thing. She healed up well though!

In 2015, the United States Congress passed the Spurring Private Aerospace Competitiveness and Entrepreneurship Act of 2015, or SPACE Act, which allows U.S. citizens to “possess, own, transport, use and sell” materials extracted from celestial bodies, reported Nature. The new law accounts for the growing interest in mining asteroids, the moon or other celestial bodies for minerals or other resources. Private companies will be able to set up shop on Mars, mine it and lay claim to those resources, but won’t be able to own the land.
For those who really want a Mars land deed with their name on it, there’s nothing wrong with buying one. It’s a novelty item that might make a nice gift for the person who has everything. It has been the case that several companies have been selling land on the Moon as well - and it’s been shown that they are ALL selling the same bits of land to different people. So now several people have equally worthless pieces of paper describing the SAME pieces of land.
So - if ANYONE tries to sell you land on Mars - you know, for 100% certain, that this is a scam.
Same deal with people selling the rights to name stars or asteroids…the only organization that can name heavenly bodies is the IAU (International Astronomical Union) - and they only give naming rights to the discoverer of the object - and they take a very dim view of them selling that naming right to anyone else.
When you think about ownership rights in deep space - think about the oceans here on Earth that are outside of “national waters”.
That ocean (and the sea bed beneath) operate under virtually identical rules to the land on other planets, etc.
Anyone can go there.
Anyone can exploit resources there - fish, drill for oil, mine the sea bed, etc.
Nobody can “claim” it or buy/sell it legitimately.
The laws in that place are the laws of the craft that took you there - which depend on the country it’s registered in or the port it most recently sailed from.
