Toooom Doooobyyyy! Like I said in the other video, just leave the fans on, Tom. I'm losing my hearing and I can hear you just fine. It's more important that you're comfortable when you're working. Something else that may help you with dispersing heat would be a gable end vent/fan. I am toying with that idea for my garage, but I'm not working in mine that often. Good work on that trimmer. Nice, easy and quick! Now, go drop a line in the water and relax! God bless.
Square hole = Mortising chisel bit, also try putting the front wall between the camera and the yellow fan (block the noise) by placing the fan closer to the trailer (further away from garage door outside) and direct the air inside at an fortyfive degree angle towards the opposite wall of the garage. May create a circular flow inside the garage, then maybe do the same with the other fan. Otherwise it sounded fine to me. Good video. Thank You...
Hi Tom. I recently purchased a new one of these from Home Depot and I need some help. After firing it up I let it warm up for several minutes. After using it for 5 minutes the gearbox got really hot and grease started leaking out and onto the blades and it also the blades started sounding different
I have no idea what you are using but some video editing software will remove background noise. And there are free audio editing programs, like Audacity, that have that feature. I could hear you fine over the fans. Stay cool!

Thank you Tom, with your help I was able to determine the problem with my shc-225s and repair myself. Was the flexible drive shaft.🙂

@@TomDobyMowerRepair also is it bad to be using only half throttle? Do these 2 stroke engines require full throttle so the gas and oil burn equally?
@@salweezy1 yea it's good to keep em revved up, it's keeps the catalytic convertor in the muffler red hot
