This is the best tutorial I have watched on foundation paper piecing the 1930's Farmer's Wife Quilt. Thank you so much for all the time and effort you have put into making it. I can't wait to get started on my quilt.

You might find you love it and want to keep pushing for more complex projects. If you don't enjoy it, at least you'll be able to say you tried it! :) It felt a little backwards and confusing to me the first couple blocks I tried, but after a few, I found my rhythm and it made sense to me. I say this in case you feel frustrated with it in the beginning. It's worth trying a few times. 🩷

I think I need to try this! I have the book but your video is really helping to inspire me to go for it! What did you spray on the red fabric? Just water or some kind of best press spray?
