@@NumberShift haha thank you so much for watching! We try to throw in some fun video effects on occasion to make our videos more enjoyable. We love how cruises can cater to just about anybody with their different offerings. Hopefully you’ll get to check it out in-person sometime! -Rocky
Thanks for the review! My parents live in the Florida panhandle and I always forget Mobile and New Orleans are ports we can sail from. Thanks for the reminder 😂 have a great time on MAS ❤
It's a forward-facing public balcony where we enjoy stargazing and bird watching as the ship is sailing. Not many people know about this spot as you access it from an unmarked door at the end of the hall!
Love your videos and reviews! I wish I could convince myself to go on a Carnival cruise, but because I can only sail 3 times a year, I am cautious to choose an unfamiliar line, especially one that get so much negativity, and always go back to Celebrity, Virgin and Princess. I am sure most of the Carnival hate is not deserved. I also tend to book modern ships that have highly designed interiors and outdoor areas (Celebrity EDGE Series). I would consider a Mark & Rocky Carnival group cruise though!!! Just saying!
@@Jon_T19 we appreciate you watching and sharing your thoughts. While Carnival does get a negative rap in sailings, we’ve found that the longer itineraries have better behaved passengers, though we still experienced an onboard brawl on our Norwegian 9-night sailing, so it isn’t isolated to the brand. Either way, it’s important to find a brand that resonates with you! Who knows, maybe a carnival group cruise is in our future. 🤷♂️ Until then, we’ve got our group cruise on Margaritaville at Sea Islander in September still open for bookings! 😜
@@thiscruiselife September is really hard for me to leave work but will keep an eye out for future group cruises. I recently got back from Walter's Sun Princess cruise, and I really enjoyed the dynamics of a group cruise. Very fun!! Nice to make so many new friends.
I never considered Liberty before this review bc of it’s age. I would now for maybe a Journeys cruise or something. Those dirty rooms ugh!!! 😮 Would rather not sail from NO though. Just a personal preference.
Glad we could shed some light onto this ship for you. We both loved sailing from New Orleans. The city is filled with rich history and the sail away is beautiful! It's one of the few ports where we'll fly in several days ahead to enjoy the port before setting sail!
As of now, the Carnival Liberty is scheduled for dry dock between 5/17-7/5. We'll be watching closely to see what's changed! Have so much fun on your February sailing; it's going to be a blast for sure! -Mark
Didn't know cruises could be so fancy! Also I loved the little edits like Mark blowing away with the wind haha :)

Hi Mark and Rocky! Love this review! Makes me want to try an older ship. We sail on Breeze in 23ish days. Keep up the good work! Happy holidays!

Hey there. I am about to be on this ship. Do they have the salad bar on the serenity deck on sea days?
@@Harp17 great question! Sadly, Fresh Creations is not available on the Carnival Liberty.
What is in the secret space on deck 6? That’s where my cabin is.

@ totally understand. Well, let us know if you find time to join us. Final payment isn’t due until May 10th. 😁
Great review. Carnival should make you two the brand ambassadors over that JH guy. Nothing against him but you are waaayyyyy more the Carnival demo.
