Hate to say it but all of that is not another level. It's mostly hard work, smart working, experience with their jobs, and good tools. And people caring about their jobs. Which is great to see but normal in most parts of the world. Thanks for the video. 🙂
absolutely awesome. everyday folks performing seemingly mundane tasks at a genius level. just goes to show that there isn't anything that can't be mastered and turned into an art form with skill and inclination. deepest respects to all - wish I could pop by and watch them live!
Doesn't surprise me. I have worked with people who could barely read but could mend any machine extant. Worked manual myself, figured out the round and how to maintain it on a 14 day rota. Management amazed and I was given credit for sorting it out. They were paid to plan this, not me, them not earning their money. Intelligence comes in many forms, not just academic.
everyone looks skilled when the video footage is speeded up. lol. also most of them skills are repetitive and after a while it becomes an automatic skill.
Much of this was just standard construction practice. There were a few interesting things tho. Some of it was also just third world countries getting away with some crazy shit lol
I totally agree about these ingenious methods for faster and/or more effective applications for the tasks at hand. But Yowch! Such back-breaking (and/or maybe other body part/s) exertions felt by these men and women!...no wonder some labourers resort to serious painkillers. But on sadder note- seeing those without any or enough safety gear.
Not everyone needs to spend $200K to go to university so they can end up working as a waiter. These craftspeople are worth their weight in gold and they are well paid too. White collar, blue collar. Who cares anymore?
Seconded! A bit more information about each item, with enough time to actually look at what you’re showing us, so we can compare with what we already know and see why it’s better. This one keeps making me go “wait! What? Show me that again…”. Fed up rewinding it, pausing it and now I’m done with it. Never got to the scene in the screenshot that attracted me in the first place!
(:46) That is not grouting it is taping. (2:24) That is grout. (3:03) What's he going to patent? Running? (5:53 is Grouting), (4:42) Not a painter, a plasterer. (12:27) How can you make a statement like that? (13:05) Mispronunciation, record. (15:46) These men are not crushing rock, they are splitting a large stone. Too much to point out here. It's "amazing" how little the people who do voice overs know about they're subject matter. One would think they would have more pride in thier work. Do you're home work. " I am amazed..."
A another way to put is I don’t care for the way the narrator pronounces . . . You also need to remember, how I say something may be different from what you would say. What sounds odd to you, sounds fine to someone else. That why when I don’t know how to pronounce a word, I google and listen. I still mess up.
Jesus, that lady using a drill to twist the wires... how much copper does one need for a light??? That's 6 times as much copper needed to run my ceiling fan with a light built into it.
The guy working with the bitumen needs a proper respirator. Those fumes are beyond deadly. He must have smoked the equivalent of 100 cigarettes in the short clip shown.
Moving the building like a pro ... thats how they have been moving ships until now. Nothing new. This generation needs to step out into the world more.
2:00 After a couple of years, that carpet layer is going to wish he’d chosen a different career. That job will ruin his knees. They’ll be injured beyond repair in an even shorter time by working that fast and with so much force. 6:30 I use that same technique (that the laminator is doing) when I cut foam, at work. It works perfectly. 7:45 What an utter idiot! That’s an extremely serious work-safe issue! Those gas cylinders will need to be taken out of service, because he’s probably damaged all of them. He should be fired, charged with wilful neglect and made to pay for the replacement of all those cylinders. It doesn’t matter if he thinks they’re “empty”. Throwing them around can crack a weld, break off a handle, snap a valve or many other bits of damage. His neglect could (and may have) cause someone to be killed!
u should probably learnt hat the second clip is an auto drywall taper.... nothing to do with grout.....55 seconds in and im already sure ur not the guy to be narrating these kinda videos
THAT CRSSWALK IS PLAIN STUPID??? If you did not know and suddenly saw that ...most would slam on their brakes causing the person behind to ram them??I bet it has caused tons of rear enders!??? Just sheer stupidity?
7:51 And that is now a propane tank I do not want anywhere near my house. Any damage to a propane tank, can cause catastraphic failure, that could potentially result in death. Impressive skill, sure, BUT NOT WITH SOMETHING MEANT TO HOLD FLAMMIBLE GAS UNDER PRESSURE!!!
There is very little here that is ingenious or unusual. Almost of it is just skilled work sped up. Even worse, some of what is done is dangerous or outright illegal. Slow it down to normal viewing speed and it is not impressive.
Many of these are just 100% normal workers. It just looks cool sped up.
100% normal men.
@discoveraliens That's a nonsensical definition.
Wasn't the carpet layer doing what all carpet layers do?
Wrecking his knee?
Hate to say it but all of that is not another level. It's mostly hard work, smart working, experience with their jobs, and good tools. And people caring about their jobs. Which is great to see but normal in most parts of the world. Thanks for the video. 🙂
a few are amazing thought.
But yeah most are just worker knowing how to use their tools, nothing special.
And men. Don't forget men.
That cross walk should be in every community.
The construction workers are so skillful
This is an incredible video of very skilled tradesmen. Thank you good job.
Amazing workers all of them. Very impressed. Have an awesome day.

AI bot voice is funny!
"Folks"?
You mean "men"?
Who needs health and safety? Some great tradesmen in there but a lot more still working/living by luck more then skill.
Spray painting without a respirator can lead to a short life span.
Most of this is about professionals having the right tools for the right job.
There's a difference between taping drywall and grouting tile
everyone looks skilled when the video footage is speeded up. lol. also most of them skills are repetitive and after a while it becomes an automatic skill.
Riiiiighht. So you too could do these things...
(And you upvoted your own comment - didn't you?)
upvoted ? why would i do that.. all i was pointing out is you repeat a skill enough times it becomes an automatic skill nothing more nothing less.
Love the 3D crosswalk!
We got some in the region
They don't work at all
It’s a mind tricker, with is dangerous for the elderly!
that man will have bad knees in no time doing that.
The narrator is way too easily impressed while they were doing a good job, it wasnt anything more than the right way
Everyone that records in portrait mode should be forced to have all their tvs on their house mounted sideways.

I hate that the narrator cannot pronounce simple words from the script

They use the tar to adhere stone to the concrete roof. It is a standard construction technique.
