My wife likes Sisley's sound more than Bjork. I've been a Bjork fan since the 80's when she was in the Sugarcubes. But Sisley's lyrics are undeniable and that minimalistic almost Acapella beautiful sound from this girl is a force.
You know, too, don't you, that "Give me just a little more time" is a cover of an AWESOME song by the Motown band CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD? You HAVE GOT TO check out the original, because although her version is Great, too, the original has so much that I think that you, as a true music lover and connoisseur, would love as well! Is this entire album an ode to Motown? Her voice sounds souch like a young Diana Ross, doesn't it?! I LOVE IT! I have to check out the album because it sounds like there might be more covers..? Either way, it's great, isnt it?
