there is no greater man than him. Al never ceases to amaze me with his smile. he should be awarded a noble prize for being able to smile so sincerely during workout of any level.
-"I'm Al Kavadlo and we're working out!" Looking at this triceps doing one arm push up I think about steel. Are you sure you are not a cybernetic organism? Living tissue over metal endoskeleton?
I strained my elbow while working on the assisted one arm pushup. I wasn't quite ready for the progression and wound up with lateral epicondylitis. Just a warning: don't push it. If you're not ready for the progression, give it some more time. A different intermediate progression is to use a basketball close in to create the differential in the amount of work done by the active and semi-passive arms. I'll try that when I'm back to where I was three months ago. Still love your stuff, Al.
Not the first to note, always with a smile. Have not seen those supermans before, made me smile. I just wonder, was this in fact your path to one-arm push-ups or just one conceivable?
Like the video I guess my comment is more of a question instead of an actual comment I just wanted to know were is it that I should start working out or working up to in order to start to get fit push ups, squats, pull ups or a full body workout and so forth your input would greatly be appreciated thanks
I hate how close grip push ups to me feel most comfortable but obviously they're harder then regular ones. Normal push ups feel weird and my form is right.
dude,you can train a muscle group any number a week.2 times,4 times,7 times or everyday,the number does not matter,what matters is,each time you go absolutely hard and before training next time ensure that you are recovered properly,but dont take too long either,if your muscles are sore after 2 dauys of your training,you still need to wait,but as soon as you feel that the soreness or pain is minimum or completely gone,it is time to go even harder that the previous time.You have to eat a lots of proteins and carbs.By lean muscles,you must mean fat free muscles,just do pushups and pullups with your hardest effort 3 times a week,and you will never get fat. The best thing for you to do would be to follow the freeletics workout program,here is a torrent link kickass.to/all-freeletics-e-books-english-t9205458.html ,follow the freeletics strength program,and you will be beyond pleased with your lean muscles.And also you must follow the nutrition,otherwise you wont build lean muscles.
Martin Sebastian Dude, I train most muscle groups everyday. Unless I got sore, then I take a day off. Just listen to your body and eat healthy, don't need to count calories.
I like how he is always smiling. His positive energy is infectious.
*THAT FIXED SMILE THO!*

thats such a built up area where is that like new york or sumthing?
that was awesome!

What is the correct forearm position for the standard pushup? Should the forearms stay vertical or should they move back?
They must move backwards, if they stay vertical, your shoulder will move frontwards and thats bad to the joint.
Is that ben kingsley
What a beast! Respect!
dat smile !
Awesome
@innerdevotion thanks, appreciate that :)
