In the lore the authority hires the voidwalkers to capture the nomads/children of Navae. So you don’t have starting negative rep with the authoeityr
You just dont have starting negative rep with them, you can go to fort merit without them attacking but the authority from events might try to kill you

for the cestus you could put metal on a flamekeeper cestus to keep the look of an iron, but the stats of a flamekeeper

if you want to do dmg with light and still look like duke you could try using a metal flamekeeper cestus
Quick tip: use weapon manual after every stage, it’s ginna make u progress faster

you should get tornado kick for the mantra duke uses where he goes up and traps you in place
You can get ghost and tapdancer on the same build so u didn’t have to burn risky move
Tap dancer procs on roll CANCEL so he obv. Goes for observation
21:45 he has ESP as he wouldn't know if he hit you as there isn't a hit counter and he also fell on top of your head which is highly unlikely as he didn't know where you fell and whether or not you even fell without ESP and there were leaves above you so he couldn't see you and from how fast he fell on you i can assume he didn't even try to think "did i hit him" or "did he fall" he just knew you fell and jumped right on top of your head even though you were out of his field of view and one more thing, if he fell in the corner you were in just to avoid fall dmg he wouldn't have m1ed midair as he couldn't know you were there without ESP
