Thank you!!! You helped me a lot and prevented me and my boyfriend to spend over 100 euros for service. I cleaned the filter and made huge mess, but I'm satisfied :)
I’ll be trying this tomorrow! A very expensive jersey hoodie of mine somehow ended up in the dryer and now it’s too small to wear. I’m absolutely gutted, LV advised me to go to a suggested tailor but I’ll give this a go first, fingers crossed it will work. Thanks so much!
I once knitted Sara Lund’s jumper from The Killing, in baby llama wool. I thought I was giving it a gentle spin after hand washing, but it came out felted. It was well beyond what’s happening here.😟
@@jamescrowther1234 My washing machine works now. I feared I would need to call the repair guy. 100 euros are pretty much these days. Not to mention above
Do what everyone did wrong: wash with hot temperature and centrifugate. It will felt the wool, so careful, try slowly or ask some one more knowledgeable

Perfect guidance, which I'm following step by step, to restore a shrunken jumper to its former size, thanks Pan for an informed and cheerful video
Great tutorial, spirit and presentation, you look marvellous in that jumper!

When do you rinse pit the vinegar and conditioner?
Can I use this process on a cashmere one?
Would this work on a tweed jacket?
Thank you!!!
Followed this process the other day and my jumper that I thought was ruined is back to its former glory. Brilliant! Thank you, Nancy 😊
Just shrunk my wife's best wool cardigan and she is upset. Fingers crossed 🤞🏻
Did it work?

Giving this a go, will post results after drying, and after the first new wash.
Well?
@@DigBikEnergy didn't work, but don't think I did it right, need something to hold the stretch

Try soaking the wool in conditioner. After that, dry it with a towel and put it on something straight to dry! Do not hang it!
does this work with any material 😭😭😭😭😭
