buy item using se's coin, i forgot name "treasure something" at lazy fairy. Need buy every items in fairy's shop to unlock new items there (need have many se's coin) but i didn't record every location of that XD, i thought not important early

A bit late, but in Holy Grounds, talk to the NPC in the highest part of the map. Necessary for story progress. Afterwards you talk to him again and get a sidequest which gives these gears, IIRC
