Hey guys! Today we have a special treat!! Today we get to go inside one of Floridas popular Indian restaurants, Zaika Indian Cuisine! It was so cool to see inside the kitchen, watch how to chefs work together to make the food delicious, I want to give a big THANK YOU to Zaika, they are amazing as usual! Go check out their restaurant if your in the area,
Zaika Indian Cuisine (Weston FL)
1384 SW 160th Ave, Sunrise, FL
Zaika Indian Cuisine (North Miami FL)
2176 NE 123rd St, North Miami, FL

The chef used the same stirrer for the palak paneer curry and the chicken tikka curry. That would not be acceptable to a person if he/she is a vegetarian who ordered the palak paneer curry(vegetarian curry). I have been a vegetarian since birth (as many Indians are), and notice such things immediately, as would about about half a billion Indians like me who are also very sensitive to such issues.
+1 …completely agree…was just browsing the comments section to check if anyone else noticed & commented already. Just not the right way of using the cutlery for veg / non veg cooking.
I’m not a vegetarian but I noticed it and made a comment.
In my opinion totally unacceptable especially to those who are strict vegetarians.
Report this restro to their authority
So you think in India we use different spatula 😂😂😂.... until unless it's a pure vegetarian restaurant.
I noticed that....i am a vegetarian and thats not acceptable for me....huge red flag...
Let's just appreciate the patience of big Alphonso to watch Jessica eat and record all the videos 😂

Feels great to see a sweet person like you enjoying Indian food....you make us Indians happy with your videos 🙂
All dishes were authentic and amazing😋😋
So nice
@@alfonsoandjessica Not the briyani though infact not anything though, indians curries are one pot dishes tempered and concentrated to make the complex flavour profile what they do in these restaurants is make basic sauces and saute them in different spices that's not the same as proper indian "curry". And definitely not the briyani it's done in a huge pot in massive amount that's where the taste in briyani is what's shown here is just rice tossed in a curry sauce
The food looks very, very beautiful ❤❤❤❤
It was!

Nice spicy masala review jessica🎉😊
Thank you 😋
Kokum is called MANGOSTEEN fruit, which is dried and used for culinary purposes. I wonder and thank if someone mentioned it in comments section.
Indian food is super delicious 😊
It really is!
Easy to eat some Indian Food especially Rice and gravy based dishes with spoon bcoz eating with hand gets messy sometimes and it's not easy... for everyone ... With spoon we can collect different flavours in one bite.....❤, The naan, roti, bread ones etc can be easily eaten by hands.... "THE BLANKET OF LOVE " is a real thing...... Love your videos ... God Bless
I love my India 🇮🇳
Caution:
If you are hungry this video makes you more hungrier
Food looks divine and so is the drink

India is a country where you can enjoy thousands of different foods. Especially vegetarian foods. You can see many foreign food vloggers on social media who stay in India for months and introduce the food here to the world. We cordially welcome you and your family to India to enjoy its natural beauty and delicious food.
Young man gave the nod of approval😅
The kokum juice ,you can make it at home also.bring dry Amsul (not Amchur),wash it to remove salt, then soak it in Water, use the soaked water with Jira powder, add jaggery.Amsul can also be used with dal.even you can get ready to drink Kokam syrup bottle
Jessica kokum fruit comes from my state Goa from India it is also grown in some parts of maharashtra, it has many uses most important being sol kadi which is served in every rice plate in goa it helps in digestion and also against acidity and skin allergy
Also used in Mangalorean food.
Eating with hands................ Respect

Beti ( Daughter), you are doing a great 👍 job😂. In spreading indiian cousine.
God bless you 😊
Thank you! :)
Yummy..
Cinnamon, bay leaf, cardamon, asafoetida, fenugreek, cumin, turmeric, mustard, pepper, chilli! Yummy spices
the man behind the camera is great
Wow the chef is using the same ladle to mix both veg and non- veg dishes ! Thats like a crime if that palak paneer and dal makhani was ordered by a vegetarian person !
Prison sentence 😂
In India the chef will end up in the pot if caught mixing veg and non veg
Deshi chiken you have eating with rice it's have very very testy.
Yummeh
Well done ind food explained 💯👍mom
Thank you so much 🙂
COOL
Thank you for watching our video :)
Just wow😋😋
Thank you 😋
Tbis chicken fry good for drinks on weekend..and often its made spicy here in hyderabad
Great capture! Everything looks great. Just one suggestion to the Schef. Use different spoons for veggies. I am a meat eater but that can be No No for pure veggies.
🙏🙏🙏🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳Jasscia you are inBharat(INDIA)also try North India food it so spicy plz must try it.❤❤❤🙏🙏🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳
Thank you and thank you for watching our channel. Stay tune for more videos coming up soon :)
I saw 😃 1st time a perfect eater who knows how to eat indian food with hands . And even indian love to eat food from there hands.
It got many benefits also
1) You get to know exact temperature 🌡 of food while eating.
2) When u eat food with hands then u able to connect with ur food more and able enjoy food more even you able to observed that.
3) It's a best hygienic way also sometimes chances u get not properly wash spoon also or some people eat with plastic spoon also which is not good for body.
4) Even it's very easy to eat specially non veg food and u don't even waste food also because u properly cover and eat food nicely.
5 ) 1st go and wash hand wash always before eating ✋️ and after eating some times u get little oily so restaurant people give hot water with Limon slice in it so that u can put ur fingers and wash it because of lemons 🍋 ur finger oil get removed and get fresh.
6) And if they don't give water also then u can take little less the half spoon salt from salter and take lemon drops in hand rub it and go and wash it in washbasin 😊
Waiting you to be here 😊😊😊😊😊
Hopefully soon. Thank you :)
Before 1960s half of food used to be millets, hope indian restaurants start millet menu too
❤❤
That's the reason one should not enter the kitchen of your fav restaurant. He is using same ladle to cook both veg and non veg dishes.
Hi How is my India ❤❤ you like India and Indian Food
3:27 I’m from state of Kerala, India . You guys need to try some southern Indian food.
Suggestion for you guys you guys can make a Facebook page and keep uploading a single dishes with length of 4 min videos there
dear jessica, to let u know, stirrer for chicken was used in stirrig veggies....if this restuara was in india, no one wud go to this restaura... for mixing veg & non veg....vessels..
With all due respect it’s disturbing to see the chef use the same spoon to stir the vegetarian and meat dishes.
I’m sure a vegetarian would not be too happy if they saw that.
👍
1st cmnt
The juice u drink cocum make body cool in summer so usually people drink 🍸 that time to make body cooler.
When India?
Kokam is good for cooling body
How u eat everything? 😊
Did he use same ladle for chicken and palak paneer... what if that palak paneer was for someone who is pure veg among the group who ordered ?
I have observed in your many videos, that you shoot your videos when there are not many customers in restaurant.
Your videos will become more charming if you take views, reactions of other customers in restaurant about Indian food.
Next time when you visit any indian sweet shop , Ask putarekulu made of sugar,
I guess you would have never even seen it. You would confuse it for tissue paper.
It is made of rice,sugar.
Jessica you look so pretty & beautiful 🙂👌
That cook was using the same laddle for veg and non-veg dishes. 💔
Tondori chicken 🍗 better than KFC fired chicken
He is using same spoon to prepare all non veg and veg curry. They should mention that in their menu that they are not vegetarian friendly. This is waiting for a law suit if they are listing as vegetarians dish on their menu . This video can serve as a very good evidence. Be careful guys if you are strict vegetarian and living in this area.
🤦🏻♀️ have a life
Omg... Please somebody tell that chef to use different cooking spoon. If someone is vegetarian that's going to be huge mistake. He was using one cooking spoon for every dish. God bless to veg. People who have tried their food 😮
Thats horrible. The chef used same vessel to stir both veg amd non veg curries. Never ever gonna order from veg and non veg restaurant again.
The chef using same spoon 🥄🥄 for cooking veg and non veg this unfair for veg people
Same spoon in veg and non vegetarian that's not good
Shravan month don't eat non veg,
Why these westerners always call our different dishes all curries curries total nonsense
And don’t color the chicken with unacceptable food coloring. FDA discourages this, Lamb appears undercooked
Totally unprofessional chef. Using single laddle for veg and non veg dishes that too in front of the camera.
Not acceptable at all. There is no response from the restaurant, it shows how much thry care.
Why you have to smell the food ?
We Indians don't do it. It is bad habits .
Pure Vegetarians please avoid this place.
Using the same spoon for all 🚫⚠️ , not so 🕉 hindu vegetarian friendly 😢,
The chef needs to be reprimanded for cross contamination of meat and vegetarian dish. Totally unprofessional!
Kitchen hygiene...tie your loose hair 😮
Keep dancin' Alfonso..
We can sense that it's bcoz of subscribers you are showing your love for indian food.. Faking it. and it's clearly visible from your TL where all videos are on indian food only.
🤧😷😷🤒Don't go to such restaurant if u are vegetarian, He used same thing to stir all curry, that disgusting😢
Where is Alphonso ?
Are you blind
When you meet, you greet.
