My sister shopper! Just shopped T Js today. No lavender, no pine cones, no cannoli dip, no pretzel bread pudding, no cinnamon bun coffee creamer, no green mango! Still spent $200!! Maybe I’ll have better luck next week.😊
Hi-eeeee❣️What a bummer 😕 but glad you were still able to pick up a lot of items 🛍️ Hopefully on your next trip your store will have more items 🤞🏻Thank you so much for watching 💕
@@happysky7964 I still saw lots of holiday Joe Joe’s today at my store❣️Your store might already be sold out for the season 😢 you can always check with a crew member and ask if they have any in the back though 🤗
The trick to the cranberries is as soon as you hear a few pops, turn them off the stove heat and stir. = sauce and crunchy cranberries. Add zest from two oranges and their juice. Just before serving, add crunchy walnut halves.
I love when I get notifications that you’ve posted videos. I started making a list for my weekly Friday shopping trip. Hoping🤞🏻🤞🏻 I can find the Raisin Walnut Apple bars, pretzel bread pudding 😋 dark chocolate rondos, and the mystery bags. Enjoyed the extra hauls! I buy the same Collagen from Costco. Have a great night. 🥰🥰
Awwwww you’re the best 🥰 great choices for your next haul 🛒 I heard the pretzel bread pudding is delicious 😋 I’d totally try it but my freezer is still packed with frozen goodies from the summer and fall 🤭 I’m very tempted to try the dark chocolate rondos and definitely will try the raisin walnut apple bars at some point but my goal is to finish the 2 boxes of unopened pumpkin scones in my freezer first 🤭 Thank you so much for watching❣️
YAY glad you enjoyed it 🫒🧀😋❣️I just tried it last night with sliced apples 🍎 and loved it. I could have eaten that whole wedge 🤤 It was extremely dry though. Was yours dry as well?
Hey! I bake a lot! You can add that vanilla bean paste to your box mixes like the bourbon vanilla cake is amazing! And to cottage cheese or yogurt ice cream base if you make your own ice cream with ninja creamie which I do lol
Isn’t crumble just so much better than the usual pie pastry? 🤤 This year, I made the filling for an apple pie, threw it in the pre-made pie crust, but for the topping, we only had spelt flour, so I made it into a crumble on top. It was glorious!! It turned out sweet, nutty, and the burnt crumble turned out to actually be a delightful caramelization. Crumbs for the win!
I’ve been eyeing those same olive wood bowls for many years. Our Trader Joe’s in Huntington Beach had olive wood, spoons, and spatulas as well. Last year they had just the spoons but this year they added spatulas. Those spatulas sold out in about two days!
They do sell out extremely fast 💨 Good thing I picked up the spatula this year as well (which will be shown in the next grocery haul video 🛒) Are you going to get the olive wood bowls this year? ☺️
I saw a lot of “hack” videos on Instagram on how to cut pomegranates but basically I cut the little top part off in a square and pop it off and cut down slits on the side without slicing it all the way through and kinda break it apart like an orange 🍊 and then just start taking the seeds out. Sometimes it comes out in chunks and some seeds you have to pull out one by one. Tedious work for sure 😅
I give you a lot of credit to do it daily! I've tried it and ended up with the juice squirting all over the place and it took forever to get them all out! Thanks for responding. @@traderjoesgeek
Ugh…absolutely agree they barely smelled this year & this was the first year I bought it too 😤 Previous years I could smell them through the bag unopened at the store❣️
The shelf stable whipping cream is a seasonal item basically from Thanksgiving to Easter. It hadn’t come in yet when I was looking for it in early November.
I love the aseptic cartons of heavy cream ($1.69). Over the years at our SF bay area TJ's, it's been seasonal, then year-round for a couple of years. This year it's been seasonal again and showed up in October. It's very handy for so many recipes, and also very popular...time to stock up!
@@traderjoesgeek My liver Dr has me on a medically supervised low carbohydrate diet, & heavy cream (aka unsweetened whipping cream) is preferred for me to use instead of milk (regular, low-fat, or non-fat) because it has almost zero lactose. While I mostly use it for coffee ☕️ on road trips or while camping (shelf stable box stashed until needed), the small quantity means I could add a bit where others might add a small amount of milk like with berries or in scrambled eggs or whatever. My nice introduced me to the boxed cream and recommended putting it in the fridge overnight (my minivan camper has a 12v fridge).
Yes the TJ GF dressing did not take good this year and I thought it was me; it was like an after taste. Will not be purchasing again so will be looking for another GF stuffing. Love this TJ and Costco grocery visit!
Ok now that’s 3 people so far who said the gluten free stuffing tasted off this year❗️So odd because the other years I really enjoyed it. Thank you so much for always watching 🥰
Trader Joe’s is associated in some way with Aldi. Both are excellent for price. Aldi beats TJ on eggs, milk, chocolate and frozen dinners, sometimes by a lot.
They used to be $4.99. Gosh a lot of the items are going up by an entire dollar. That happened with the nut mixes too this year 🙁 Hope you enjoy the chocolate though 🍫 it’s super sweet so a little goes a long way 😋
They can be frozen 🥶 All of the pastries or breads I buy go immediately in my fridge or freezer because I can’t eat them quick enough & food turns quickly at my house for some reason. I take one out whenever I eat a piece 😋 Recommend warming them up and adding butter or nut butter 🥜 to the bars
I just tried the gluten free pumpkin bagels and…uck. It’s salty and thin like a soft pretzel and doesn’t toast up as easily. Cream cheese didn’t save it very much.
Ugh what a bummer🙁❗️I wish I could have warned you ⚠️ I stopped buying the gluten free bagels 🥯 years ago because the sodium content on it was so high 😩

The scallop crackers are delicious! Three good flavors and a lot of value for the price- very seasonal item too.
Ooooo thanks so much for the tip❣️Never thought to add walnut halves 😋

I just bought that giant milk chocolate bar with the caramel and pretzels pieces. It has gone up in price. I paid $5.99 on Sunday.

I am going to put it in the freezer in my garage- this way it will stay fresh a long time and I can consume it slowly.

I would think twice on the vegan “meat” products as the meat is replaced with crickets 🦗 😝😝
