Agreed. Growing up in the days of Evel Knievel, Ali, Frazier and Foreman, the only other events that gave me goosebumps was the Russian Line on The Red Wings and watching Mike Tyson. UFC and MMA competition in general has brought a level of excitement and imagination to the fighting sport. I know boxing isn’t just brawn and training. It truly is chess and ability. MMA is chess in four dimensions in comparison.
If she never fights again I hope she is proud of what she has overcome and worked so hard for and can move on to enjoy life in whatever capacity she finds. She has always set a good example and publicly maintained a high, respectable standard.
