Definitely not the "big love", but some affection and this has been enough for him for many years. He is more the rational type, who choses matters over emotions and he is also very ambitious in his life. Complex character. However I felt trapped emotionally and considering my career and this is the reason why I had to go. He instead was very cautious when he discovered that there was something going on between us not to cause rumor. And at the end, when I left he was very emotional anyway. His commitment to his wife and his personal choices in life just didn't match my own values and me life situation. He got more emotional over the time and I can't say in which direction he is heading now, but in my opinion he was at a crossroad in his life - everything played out well for him on the surface, while his emotions got surpressed. So, I didn't want to cause even more stress to him and me and I just left.
