I love your videos! Very informative, can you do a new video on the latest best juicers for the new year I want to start doing more cleanse and want to invest in a new juicer. Thank you!
It depends on the juicer and the freshness of the spinach. 300 millilters is a decent yield, and you can expect anywhere from 250ml -350ml. This would be from a slow juicer. A centrifugal juicer will get much less. The best results would be from a twin gear juicer like an Angel or Greenstar Elite.
Hi Dan. This is the recipe I use, although 500g of carrots seems alot to me, you will turn the colour of Donald Trump 😆 I only use about 3 carrots daily.
@@euJUICERScom Haha it's not a good look is it 😄 It's a nice tasting recipe, I think most people could drink it. What do you use to clean the tumeric stains? I know it's not harmful to the juicer but it doesn't look I'm probably being too fussy 😊
@@euJUICERScom Thanks Dan I'll give it a try. Actually 500g of carrots isn't as much as I thought, it's only about 5 medium sized carrots, so I'm not far off that myself. I haven't turned into an umpa lumpa yet haha. PS I love the music in that video, so relaxing 😊

Wow. Thanks for sharing
Thanks for watching!
Thanks a lot for the recipe. I'm a little reluctant with turmeric root, doesn't it stain the juicer?
How much juice do you get out of 1000 gram spinate.

Hi Mark. You're right. We had a colleauge who juiced 500g of carrots daily and began looking like a carrot himself after a few months :)

@@2711marcus Turmeric is the most stubborn stain to clean. Usually we use a deep cleaner as in this video: th-cam.com/video/teSBgtmek8E/w-d-xo.html
