i had a buyer who received the product. tracking showed delivered and he never reached out to me for a refund or replacement. He left a negative feed back and now i can't do anything about it. I called eBay, and literally this is what they said, tracking showed delivered doesn't mean much to us, once a buyer say something it's 100% true and we will take it as face value. Im at a loss of word after i hung up.
